Holiday home from 2021 located within walking distance to the sea at Helberskov on a beautiful and secluded natural plot. The area by Helberskov and Als Odde is known for the good fishing opportunities. Large and bright living room with plenty of space in open connection with the kitchen. From all rooms and the living room there is access to a large, raised wooden terrace with several small cozy nooks. Two double bedrooms and a room with 2 bunk beds that can accommodate 4 people. Bright bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There are no TV channels in the house, but it is possible to stream your own streaming packages as well as DR-TV via Chromecast in the TV. On the large, undisturbed grounds, there is room for relaxation and play with i.a. swing set, sandpit and slide. Not for rent to youth groups.

Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

Das Haus ist sehr hell und modern, Leider hat die Heizfunktion der Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, wodurch wir den gesamten Aufenthalt mit einem kleinen Heizlüfter heizen mussten, Wir hatten morgens 14 Grad im Haus und das mit Kleinkind, Im Dan Center war man nicht gerade hilfreich, Es gab E-Mail Korrespondenz und einen unangekündigten Besuch am Haus (wir waren spazieren, denn wir wussten nichts von dem Besuch), Auf Grund der Osterzeit war dann auch schnell niemand mehr erreichbar, Es gab Ameisen und Silberfische, Die Mikrowelle roch sehr unangenehm und der Backofen war sehr stark verschmutzt, Die Kissen und Felle waren ebenfalls unangenehm verdreckt, Der Sandkasten war auf Grund starker Verschmutzung nicht nutzbar, Die Betten waen noch bezogen und die Bettdecken und Kissen stark vegilbt,
