We had a nice time in Jaardenhuug. Spacious apartment with everything you need. Location close enough to the beach. Only the sofa and especially the sofa cushions could use a deep cleaning.

The furnishings in the bathroom and kitchen are somewhat dated, but that doesn't bother us. The apartment has everything you need. The spacious outdoor area/garden is very well-maintained and invites you to linger in nice weather. The location and price-performance ratio are excellent! The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away. There is a small supermarket nearby where you can find everything for your daily needs. We really enjoyed the fresh rolls from the local baker ;) We arrived by train and relied on public transport on the island. The bus stop is almost in front of the house. Of course, the buses don’t run very frequently, but with some planning, you can easily get from A to B. Check-in and check-out were completely uncomplicated. The staff from Mein Föhr Urlaub were super friendly and helpful. In short: we had a great time on the island and can highly recommend the family-friendly accommodation Jaardenhug 24 EG.

The location was ideal for our vacation: The bus stop is almost in front of the house, which is convenient for arriving by public transport. Shopping in Utersum is easily accessible on foot. The distance to the beach is also manageable on foot, even with two small children. Great! We would love to come back. We found the furnishings to be nice, but we had to put many decorative items away during our stay, as small children are always magically drawn to such interesting things (which can also break easily). Cleanliness: Unfortunately, some previous guests did not heed the notice regarding the disposal of old glass, and while the landlord is not responsible for that, we found the pile of old glass lying around to be very unpleasant. We properly brought all the glass waste to the glass container.
