On the 2nd floor, there is a closed vacation apartment available for 4-5 people. It includes a cozy anteroom with a seating arrangement for comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has a balcony and seating, cable TV, radio, and a wireless internet connection. There are 1 triple room and 1 twin room each with a shower, and one room also has cable TV. An extra shower room and a separate toilet are available. Massages are also offered in our house.
A boot dryer and a room for hanging wet clothes can be used if necessary.

Location and surroundings of object
Our house is located in a central, yet quiet area in the town of Bramberg.
Hotels, shops, bike paths, walking trails, cross-country ski trails, ski and sled rental,
ski bus stop, end of the valley descent from Wildkogel are reachable in 2-8 minutes on foot.
For activities, a variety of options are available; you can stroll on flat hiking trails, or take a shuttle taxi into the valleys to be right in the mountains. A few minutes' walk from us is the landing site for paragliders, where you can see everything up close. The Tauern Cycle Path is accessible at 150 meters.
In winter, the cross-country ski trail is about 150 meters from our house and is suitable for sporting activities.
There is also a beginner's ski lift in the village, the "Wennser Glacier," which is popular with both young and old. Those who want to go high up take the cable car to the Wildkogel ski resort - a wonderful ski area for the whole family, to hike in the snow, ski, or try out the longest toboggan run in the world. In 4 minutes by car, you reach the Panorama cable car with its gondolas, which takes you into a large ski area that extends to the Kitzbühel Alps. A ski area for all levels. There are many possibilities for walking both in the town and in the heights in the beautiful winter landscape.

Even wellness massage in the house
We had a lovely week in July 2026. The holiday apartment is very spacious, and we didn't feel hot under the roof even with the high temperatures. As guests, we received the Summer Card in the house and used it diligently for buses, trains, and cable cars. The landlady is always nice and helpful, and the wellness massage in the house after the hiking tours is more than necessary and highly recommended. We felt very comfortable, thank you!!!

I think I was in Bramberg for the first time at 5 or 6 years old, back then still at Christine's mother’s place and then annually until I was 22 or 23, when we soon switched to Christine's house, because it was often already booked at the mother’s place.
It didn't take long before we first asked Christine if there was still space and we never regretted it. Now at 53, I was for the first time back in the house with my daughter and my wife, and it feels so nice to arrive here again and feel at home like in my own family.
Some things have changed in the private area, but the guesthouse still has the charm of back then, and I am very grateful for that. Everything is well maintained, clean, and friendly, and the Nickel family always has an open ear and is incredibly helpful with any questions. The generations have shifted and the childlike perspective as well, but arriving here means something like coming home for me. Thank you to the whole family, we will come back.
