We were in the apartment with three adults and two children. It is spacious and offers enough space. The location is optimal. Within a few minutes' walk, you are at the beach, in the spa park, or in the town center. Check-in and check-out went smoothly via the key box. I would especially like to highlight the service. We forgot our baby monitor in the apartment, and after a nice phone call, it was sent to us within a short time. Thank you again for that! We would definitely book this apartment again for a second vacation in Grömitz.

We had a very nice time there. The landlord was available for questions at any time and responded unconventionally and quickly to special requests. The playroom was perfectly set up for our little ones, and there is even a table tennis room for older children. On the day of departure, it was a bit stressful to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM with the 3 toddlers - until 12:00 PM would have been great, but we knew that in advance... Next time, a later departure might be possible if we discuss it beforehand? ? ? Thank you for the lovely stay.

The apartment is located on the ground floor, is very well equipped, very clean and well-maintained, and has 2 beautiful, new bathrooms. We often used the lovely terrace. It’s only a few minutes' walk to the beach, as well as to restaurants and shops, the perfect location for our vacation! One drain in the bathroom was not draining well, but the contact with the landlord was very nice and the little problem was already resolved by noon. We would very much like to come back, but the apartment is already booked for our planned period in 2025. Absolute recommendation!

We have had many beautiful holiday accommodations, but this one was a step up. A great setup, comfortable beds, good location, and absolute cleanliness. When the coffee machine broke, it was immediately replaced with a new one. We would gladly come back to the Hollich family. We have three small suggestions: - Note in the description that there is a step in the apartment (important for people with mobility issues) - a wall clock, for example. Above the TV or dining table would be nice - a towel hook strip for the dish towels in the kitchen area, for example, above the radiator would also be practical.
