The bathroom is damp and musty, the cushions and carpet are covered in stains, and one should only open the windows if they are a spider lover.

Hundreds of books in and on the shelf should occasionally be freed from a layer of dust. The TV reception without HD meant that ARD and ZDF were not received. WLAN was practically non-existent. One is limited to the weak reception of the surrounding public offerings. Even a shower curtain is no longer up to date; it was only temporarily hanging from the ceiling. What bothered us a lot was the fact that you had to go through 7 doors (some of which were locked) to reach the apartment. This is very inconvenient when you have to carry luggage for a week to the third floor (although there is an elevator). There probably isn't much that can be changed structurally. The cutlery was sparsely equipped; for example, there were no egg cups or coffee spoons. Only two small espresso spoons were available, and the pots had no lids. The amazing view of the marina should be mentioned as well.
