The accommodation was perfect, right in the pedestrian zone, but shielded from street noise. Sufficient for 1-2 people. I immediately complained about two things upon arrival: The apartment could not be locked from the inside. A gentleman addressed this to the extent that the door was at least lockable, although still with a hook when locking. Unfortunately, what was not resolved was the use of the Wi-Fi. I also complained about this directly upon arrival and again after two days. Unfortunately, no remedy was provided. The gentleman who addressed the key issue also tested the WLAN network. The WLAN did not work for him either. Very frustrating, especially when one is on vacation. And it's a pity that a good review suffers from such a deficiency; that should be standard.
