Nice holiday accommodation. If you don't necessarily need 5 stars, this is the place for you. Here you have peace and quiet, nice landlords and neighbours. Everything is on offer here. Boating, cycling, hiking. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. A place to relax away from everyday life. Thank you again for the wonderful days. We will be back again.

Was very nice here

A beautiful little holiday home with a great location on the water in the Schumachersiedlung in Ketzin. The house is nicely and extensively furnished. Mrs Küchler is a very nice landlady and everything was very clean. We were really very satisfied and would definitely like to come back. Boating was also a lot of fun.

The vacation apartment was excellent.

Although this season was still very cool, the cozy atmosphere of the house, the exceptional furnishings with many loving details and useful things, and the attentive and always friendly help of the landlady made our stay wonderful. We spontaneously decided to visit Haus Seerose again a month later. We also particularly liked that we were allowed to use the small boat in front of the house to explore the surroundings from the water. Overall, staying at Haus Seerose is recommended at any time!

Holiday in the house by the lake with boat and wonderful idyll and natural tranquility

This beautiful holiday home leaves nothing to be desired. In a wonderful location, this cottage is a great place to stay and an ideal starting point for the many possible excursion options. Whether it's a city trip or a hike through the stunning lake landscape, everything can be perfectly started from here.
Inside the house, nothing is missing. Everything you need can be found here. The lovely terrace invites you to relax and unwind. The seating niche by the water offers another special highlight here. This great overall package is complemented by a very empathetic landlady who is always ready to help without being intrusive in the slightest - very nice atmosphere. We will definitely come back! Dreamlike

We spent a relaxing week at the Seerose House. We took the small motorboat across the Havel and were able to fish and swim directly from the jetty at the house. Our little daughter had enough space to play in the garden. The landlords live in the house next door. They are very friendly and yet reserved. You don't hear anything from the other neighbours. So all in all a very nice holiday with lots of peace and relaxation. The location is also ideal for day trips, e.g. to Berlin or Potsdam. We found the holiday very nice and would definitely recommend it.

A successful vacation

We, 4 people, used this accommodation for numerous trips to the nearby and further surrounding area. There are sufficient options for self-catering available at a distance of about 2.5 km. The equipment was completely fine in our opinion. The landlady was very nice and friendly.

Beautiful accommodation in a rural setting, with comfortable rooms and a garden for relaxing. The inn is located near Lake Constance, in the heart of the picturesque village of Meersburg. Close to restaurants, shops, and the historic castle. Perfect for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful location by the water

We have been there several times already. The landlady is really nice. Great location by the water, you can do a lot with the boat and explore rivers and lakes. There are also many opportunities for cyclists here. If you ever get bored, you can quickly reach Berlin, Potsdam, and Brandenburg/Havel.

Matter of taste! Ketzin rental by the water - not a sure thing!

good: bright, airy rooms with fly screens on the windows; suitable for paddle boating, cycling; watching water birds; friendly, sociable (family-friendly) landlady
matter of taste or similar less good: construction site opposite; large family with children close by; settlement character; standing waters smell musty; swimming opportunities on site at your own risk (we have cleaned the ladder into the water as it was totally covered in algae); map material not updated; cycle paths partially overgrown; the bedroom. it's cramped; the children's room is sobering; the shower and toilet are hygienically borderline; we've only descaled the bath once; we've completely cleaned and cleared the kitchen cabinets and neatly arranged them; broom, dustpan, vacuum cleaner, toilet brush practically unusable; the view of the visibly worn stained couch; considerable dirt behind the shoe cabinet. . . Conclusion: Thank you very much, but we will definitely not come back.

Holiday home Seerose again and again

We have been coming to this beautiful and well-equipped holiday home for years. Simply wonderful for relaxing. Boating, fishing, swimming, or just sitting there and listening to the frogs. Pure holiday.
Unfortunately, always too short like every holiday. The nice landlady, Mrs. Küchler, is very helpful and always has some tips ready.
Conclusion: We will be happy to come back.

Great vacation by the canal.

As a lover of nature, I couldn't have found a more beautiful accommodation. On the first day, I saw a kingfisher fly over the canal from the house's own jetty. On the last evening, Mrs. Küchler and I saw two owls fly past the jetty. Seerose offers everything I need for a relaxing holiday, nothing is missing. Mrs. Küchler always made time for a chat, despite the gardening calling. I particularly thank her son, who secured my cycling holiday by adjusting the hex screw. I felt well taken care of and will gladly come back.

Holiday home by the water

Very nice holiday home, which is equipped with all necessary things for a relaxed vacation. It is located on a separate property, right by the water. With the accompanying motorboat, you can explore the Havel River and its many tributaries. Fishing or swimming is possible directly from the adjacent boat dock. We have now been in this holiday home for the 5th time. We can highly recommend it. The landlady is very nice. The surroundings are very quiet and ideal for a family or couples holiday. Berlin and Potsdam are easy to reach. We feel very comfortable in Ketzin and will come back soon.

We Erzgebirger spent very nice days in the house Seerose in Ketzin. The house was clean and the garden and grounds were very well kept. Everything was just right... the beautiful surroundings very quiet, undisturbed...the sitting area ideal at the canal...for fishing super...we had a good catch. The weather was also on our side
The landlady is very friendly and sympathetic. We really liked it there

Very nice holiday home

We stayed at Haus Seerose for a week in June. We liked it there very much. The holiday home is modernly furnished and very clean. You notice that the landlady, Mrs Küchler, has furnished the house with attention to detail. It is also very quiet in beautiful surroundings. Everything for daily needs is available. The absolute non plus ultra is the motor boat with a mooring, located directly at the holiday home, with which you can explore the surrounding Havel canals. Mrs Küchler is very nice, and if you need anything, she is always there to help. We would like to thank Mrs. Küchler and her partner for the wonderful week, which was unfortunately over too quickly. We would love to spend another holiday there

Ferienhaus Seerose

We really enjoyed our vacation. Almost every day, we took the boat belonging to the holiday home out on the Havel and enjoyed the wonderful nature all around. In the evenings, we were happy to return to "our" holiday home; the small seating area by the water is also very nice. Restful vacation

Whether sitting comfortably in the evening on one of the terraces by the water/house or boating during the day, this house is a place of relaxation for vacationers. Very quiet and relaxing. The landlady was always very friendly and gave tips for excursions in the area. The house was bright, cozy, and practically furnished/designed, nothing was missing. Both us and our dog really enjoyed it, we would love to come back again!
