A tip for the housekeeping team: - The terrace was neglected: Lots of leaves from last autumn, the windowsill dirtied with bird droppings, the sun umbrella was only ready for use after the caretaker's intervention - Conservatory: In one corner lies a can of ant poison and there are light stains on the tiles (ant powder?). The poison seems to be effective, as the twitching bodies of the poisoned ants and the corpses are visible. Not a pleasant sight. Perhaps the porous sealant between the masonry and tiles could be renewed! - Kitchen: Some beer tulips were not clean (fingerprints, stains)

House Heike is spacious, clean, and offers enough room for the whole family. The large garden is well-maintained and ideal for children to play. The distance to the beach is manageable by bike or on foot. The bakery and Edeka are also within walking distance. The apartment is well and purposefully furnished. However, the furnishings are already older, and the apartment is gradually "aging." But anyone looking for a large and practical family accommodation at an affordable price, enjoys carpet in the holiday home, and has no high demands, is in the right place here and will feel comfortable.
