The location of the house in relation to beautiful cities is great. Nice, Cannes and Grasse can be reached in about half an hour's drive. The house is minimally furnished. Cooking yourself is a challenge with one pan, without kitchen knives (not even a bread knife for the baguette), one board, no dishes and bowls. There is no attention for the necessities of life on the first day, no coffee, no mugs or coffee cups, 1 roll toilet paper, 1 garbage bag and 1 towel for 9 days. The 'garden' is a back spot with a bumpy lawn and a children's parasol. You can swim in the pool that is shared with the owner, but it is not the intention that you stay at the pool. The shower is fine and there is a washing machine and dryer. Price/quality is insufficient, the hospitality scores an insufficient , you don't get a welcome feeling. We won't come back here.
