A very beautiful apartment with good amenities, especially in the kitchen. The apartment is very spacious, has two fully equipped bathrooms, two living rooms, and two bedrooms. The terrace is also well usable. The area here in Goting is particularly quiet. In 5 - 10 minutes you can reach the bus stop, and you can walk to Nieblum to the cafes and restaurants in 20 minutes. The beach is about 10 to 15 minutes away. A beach chair also belongs to the apartment - what more could you want? A small upgrade for the apartment would be fly screens at least on some windows. Fortunately, we didn't have much to do with mosquitoes, but all sorts of other flies and moths were constant visitors in the apartment. There is a deduction in service due to the cumbersome handover of the keys, which must be picked up and returned specifically at the ImmoService in Wyk. Why can't this be done with a small key safe or a similar solution?
