We had a great stay. The accommodation was quite small for six people. The bedrooms were tiny and there was hardly any storage space for clothes or anything like that. The cottage was very warm (it was also very warm outside) so an air conditioning unit would be great. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the weekend.

Onlangs hebben wij via Belvilla een overnachting bij uw accommodatie geboekt. Vooraf ontvingen wij vanuit Belvilla een voucher waarin aanvullende kosten voor beddengoed en handdoeken werden vermeld. Omdat het slechts om één nacht ging, hebben wij direct telefonisch contact opgenomen met Latour om aan te geven dat wij die items zelf zouden meenemen. Tijdens dit telefoongesprek is ons nadrukkelijk meegedeeld dat wij ons geen zorgen hoefden te maken, omdat beddengoed en handdoeken bij de prijs waren inbegrepen. Wij hebben dit expliciet nogmaals nagevraagd, juist vanwege de vermelding in de voucher, en wederom werd bevestigd dat deze kosten niet in rekening zouden worden gebracht. Tot onze verrassing bleek bij aankomst toch €140,- aan extra kosten te zijn toegevoegd. Hierdoor werd het verblijf plotseling bijna twee keer zo duur. De medewerker ter plaatse verwees naar Belvilla, maar het gaat hier om onjuiste informatieverstrekking door Latour zelf: er is vooraf bevestigd dat deze kosten waren inbegrepen en dat wij geen extra bedrag hoefden te betalen. De schoonmaakkosten begrijp ik en accepteer ik. De kosten voor beddengoed en handdoeken echter niet: wij wilden deze zelf meenemen en hebben op basis van uw toezegging vertrouwd op de prijsinformatie die u gaf. Het is niet redelijk dat wij hiervan de dupe worden. Daarom verzoek ik u hierbij om terugbetaling van de onterecht berekende kosten voor beddengoed en handdoeken.
