This detached villa is located in the enchanting promontory of Ansedonia, opposite Mount Argentario. It is fully equipped and ideal for a relaxing family holiday.
The property is located on the southern coast of Tuscany, just 400 m walk from the sea. From the villa you can reach the beautiful Cosa archaeological site with a small museum on foot. Numerous restaurants can be found within a 15 km radius and the nearest supermarket is 8 km away. The Tagliata Etrusca and the Spacco della Regina are well worth a visit.
Enjoy total privacy and beautiful sea views from the terrace. The villa is spread over 2 floors and equipped with comfortable rooms furnished with care and taste. Air conditioning provides cooling on the top floor and the pleasant garden is furnished with attractive furniture.

Geräumiger als andere Unterkünfte in dieser Preisklasse, die ich besucht habe. Das Entspannen im Garten gefiel mir sehr, er war schön eingerichtet und meistens ruhig. Kochen in der Küche machte ebenfalls Spaß, denn alles notwendige war aanwezig. Das Beste? Diese wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge!

The house is in overall very poor and unkempt condition. Upon entering, it is noticeable that only a very superficial and cursory cleaning has taken place. The rooms are still dirty, dusty, and partially filled with cobwebs. The building appears very gloomy and unfriendly overall. The lighting is inadequate, and only a little daylight comes in through dirty or damaged windows. This creates a depressing and neglected impression. Several furnishings and installations are defective. Particularly noticeable are sockets that hang loosely from the wall, which poses a significant safety risk. Other technical facilities also show clear signs of wear and lack of maintenance. The windows are in poor condition: many stick, are difficult or impossible to open, and the existing mosquito nets are defective or leaky, allowing insects to enter freely. This further contributes to an unpleasant living environment. The outdoor area is also in a neglected state. The garden is unkempt, overgrown, and resembles a small forest. Proper use or recreation is not possible there. There is no view as the trees are far too high; when standing on the terrace wall, one can catch a glimpse of the sea. The parking lot is currently unusable as it is overgrown and far too small. Overall assessment: The general condition of the house and the property is inadequate. The property appears gloomy, unkempt, and partially dangerous. There is an urgent need for maintenance, cleaning, and safety measures. The windows, mosquito nets, and electrical systems should particularly be checked and repaired. A thorough, professional cleaning as well as comprehensive care of the outdoor areas are absolutely necessary.
