This apartment is quietly located in Cadzand-Bad, only a few minutes from the beach and the sea. The apartment has three bedrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 6 people.
Layout:
The living room has a sitting area with sofa and TV, dining table and an open kitchen. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. Via the stairs in the second bedroom you reach the third bedroom with a double bed and sink. The modern bathroom is located on the ground floor and has a bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. There is a 2nd separate toilet on the ground floor. Since the bathroom, toilets and two of the three bedrooms are on the ground floor, this apartment is also very suitable for seniors.
The garden and terrace can be reached from the living room and the bedrooms on the ground floor.
Upon arrival you will receive a parking card that allows you to park for free.

Location and surroundings of object
Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort on the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The seaside resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the teeth of the sharks that are found there and for sun worshippers the place in the Netherlands with the most sunshine hours per year.
New in Cadzand-Bad is the beautiful promenade that leads to the new marina. The shopping promenade has recently been given a nice new look. In Cadzand-Bad are many nice shops and good restaurants. Here you will find top restaurants Pure C and the new Air-Republic by the famous chef Sergio Herman, but also very nice restaurants where you can eat well, or the luxury beach pavilions like De Piraat, Caricole, Moio Beach or De Zeemeeuw.
In the immediate vicinity are beautiful nature areas like the Zwin and beautiful cities like Sluis in The Netherlands and Knokke or Bruges in Belgium.
You can also rent a bicycle to see the surroundings or rent a boat with a small group to see the seals of the Westerschelde at close range.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellations by the tenant must always be made in writing (by mail or email). In this case, the following rules apply: From the time of booking up to six weeks before the start of the rental period, we charge you 45%. From the sixth week before the rental start date until the second week before the rental start date, we charge you 75%. From two weeks before the rental start date, we charge 100%. Additionally, you will also pay an administration fee of €35. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid disputes, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with a (travel) insurance company.

You can rent bed linen for € 10,00 per person.
Towels (1x large and 2x small) can also be rented for € 5,00 per person.
We also rent cots (€ 15,00 bed linen included) and high chairs (€ 10,00).
You can pick up the keys of this flat at our office at Boulevard de Wielingen 59 in Cadzand.
Arrival is normally possible from 15:00 and departure before 10:00. Earlier arrival is possible but we can not guarantee that the flat is cleaned then. Later departure is not possible.
