Our vacation with dog

By and large, one could spend the vacation quite well here. However, there were a few complaints. The advertised Bose sound system for the terrace could not be found, nor could the water bowl for the dog. The screws on the terrace chairs urgently need to be tightened. Danger of accidents! Unfortunately, there were also no cushions for the chairs. The toilet also desperately needs a new seat. Unfortunately, there are also a few missing shelves on the refrigerator door. Otherwise, a nice and quiet location and not far from the dog beach.

Once and never again!

Bungalow smelling of cold smoke (actually a non-smoking accommodation), which doesn't have much in common with the pictures. Cleanliness left much to be desired. Front door and windows dirty; shower completely contaminated - clumps of hair removed so water could flow; large yellow stain on the bed cover; calcified and contaminated coffee machine - not usable; cups and glasses really dirty; cigarette butt in the sink cabinet; jam stuck to the table; yogurt from previous occupant in the fridge; heater controls not cleaned for months; curtain loop torn and knotted back together; privacy film in bathroom window torn and fixed with transparent tape; unstable terrace exit to the lawn = risk of accident; outdoor lighting defective; ... The condition was immediately reported by us to Jacobs Touristik (key handover). The owner then contacted us. We were insulted and threatened. They were not interested in any solution to the problem. In the end, we left earlier. A very traumatic experience for us! (Pictures available)

Gegendarstellung zu der Bewertung des Herrn Beck

Herr Beck fing schon im Immobilienbüro Jacobs sehr verwirrt zu wirken. Er zeigte Herrn Jacobs die Buchungsbestätigung des Objekts Sweet-Home Bungalow und behauptete fest entschlossen das er die Wohnung Sweet-Home 05 gebucht hätte. Nach einem Anruf bei uns , durch Herrn Jacob war klar das Herr Beck im Unrecht war. Wiederwillig und zeternd nahm er den Schlüssel des Bungalows .

Die Wohnung Sweet-Home 05 gab es zu dem Zeitpunkt der Buchung von Herrn Beck am 17.09.2020 noch nicht, also konnte er diese auch nicht gebucht haben.

Noch am 17.09.2020 bestätigte Herr Bech den Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung vom Bungalow Sweet-Home, mit der Bemerkung alles in Ordnung , Bestätigung erhalten.

Am Bungalow angekommen bestand der sehr verwirrt wirkend Herr Beck auf die Wohnung Sweet-Home 5. Der Zwischenzeitlich angereiste Mieter der Wohnung 05, war sogar bereit mit Herrn Beck zu tauschen. Als Herr Beck hörte das die Wohnung im Obergeschoss liegt wollte er diese auch nicht mehr. Wiederwillig und murrend ging Herr Beck dann mit seiner keifenden Frau in den Bungalow.

Wir als Vermieter hatten schon Angst um den Bungalow, weil das Ehepaar sehr huschig und verwirrt wirkte, zumal da auch noch die 4 unerzogenen Hunde der Familie kläffend und an den einen zerrend da waren. Die Hunde kläfften ununterbrochen sobald sie etwas hörten, was alle sehr störte.

Wir schließen aus der Bewertung eine reine Boshaftigkeit, da die verwirrten Becks ja noch nicht einmal wussten was Sie gebucht hatten. Des weiteren haben Sie die Hausordnung und das Merkblatt nicht gelesen haben. Dort steht klipp und klar drin , was zu tun ist falls Sauberkeit oder andere Mängel vor liegen. Aber bei der Verwirrtheit des Ehepaares ist das ja kein Wunder. Der Mieter der anderen Wohnung 05 sagte, ein Wunder das die hier überhaupt angekommen sind. Solche Leuten sollte man den Führerschein entziehen. Wir behaupten einfach das , das was Herr Beck dort gepostet hat selbst inziniert wurde um von seiner eigenen Unzufriedenheit und Schussellichkeit abzulenken. Die Wohnungen werden von einer Firma gereinigt und zudem noch von einer Frau nach konttroliert. Die Mängel die Herr Beck aufgeführt wären sogar einem Blinden aufgefallen.

Fazit: Herr Beck und seine Frau wirkten total huschig und verwirrt, sodaß die Bewertung nicht ernst zu nehmen ist.

The location is very central for all kinds of excursions. The holiday flat is very clean and comfortably furnished, you have everything your heart desires there. The garden offers lots of sunshine and invites you to eat outside. The landlords are very nice and the locals are also very friendly. The dog walks on the beach were always very relaxing and beautiful. We say THANK YOU for this holiday.

Unser Urlaub mit Hund

Our vacation in this holiday home was simply wonderful. The house is very cozy and decorated with love. You have all the necessary things in the kitchen for cooking. We found the evenings on the terrace very cozy. The landlords welcomed us very warmly and took very good care of us. We were very sad that the week went by so quickly. The dreamy location, the perfect accommodation made our vacation unforgettable. Always, always again...

We can only say that we liked it very much at Bungalow Sweet Home. We were thrilled. Plenty of space for a family with a dog. The fenced garden is ideal for dogs. The house is centrally located and easy to reach all the places. The bungalow is very clean and tastefully furnished with everything you need. Everything you need is available. The location is very central to the village centre and great dog beach with free beach chair. Many thanks to the landlords for this beautiful holiday accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

Holidays with dog Anteck

We were guests in July in the beautiful, very top equipped and lovingly decorated bungalow. The bungalow is lovingly furnished and perfect for us as a family with a dog. Our dog slept very well in the dog bed and the bed in the bedroom is also very comfortable. On arrival, the blind was defective, but after a short consultation with the agency and the landlord of the flat, it was quickly repaired within a day! I can only say that it was great. We always went by car to the dog beach, a free beach chair was included because we simply had too many things with us to bring them on the footpath to the beach. Otherwise the bungalow is really top, you have everything you need for daily life, free wifi in the flat! The contact with the landlords was also uncomplicated and very nice! We can recommend the bungalow with a clear conscience!
