The living room was newly renovated in 2026, couch, carpet and table will be handed over without any stains!
- Bed linens, towels and dish towels must be brought by the tenant. The mattresses have a size of 2m x 0.9m.
- No pets are allowed in the house!
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the house!
- No open flames (candles, tealights, etc.) are allowed in the house! Fire hazard!
- The accommodation, especially kitchen, bathroom and toilet, must be left CLEAN at the end of the rental period!

Vacation in Winter Wonderland
We, 2 grandmothers with 2 grandchildren (3 and 4 years old), really enjoyed the week in nature and felt very comfortable in the house. The sledding hill in the garden and the deer tracks in the fresh snow in the morning were the highlight for the children. The lifts are also easily accessible with small children. We didn't have a car, but the bus connections to Dornbirn or to the supermarket are great. Otherwise, sleds and skis were our means of transportation. Thank you also to Andreas for the friendly and straightforward handling, the good tips, the help with luggage transport, and the great accessibility.
We will definitely come back!

Pure nature
We were four in this beautiful little house in the middle of the forest. The peace and closeness to nature is a vacation for the soul.
Of course, a hiking program in this area is definitely part of it.
We will come back!
Andreas is a very nice landlord.

A piece of jewelry
This quiet, very well-maintained, and spotless hunter's lodge is located in the middle of the woods, directly adjacent to the hiking trails and ski slopes. A true idyll in Bödele.
We spent amazing days as a group of 5, blessed with fantastic weather, and because we enjoyed it so much, we have already booked again.
I would also like to mention the very likable host Andreas. He is always available with advice and assistance and is very quick to reach via WhatsApp.

Cozy little house near the slopes with a lot of privacy.
We spent a week in this lovely house with our teenage sons. It was nice to have the wood stove on, and after a day on the slopes, we played games in the house. It is very comfortably furnished inside. From the house, you have quick access to the slopes, and we also drove to other ski areas for a few days. Andreas, the landlord, is very friendly and helped us perfectly. We felt very at home in the ski hut and will come back next year.
