Description
We invite you to spend a relaxing holiday in the largest and most famous spa town in Poland, Kolberg. Our apartment Kaminski is located on the 2nd floor of a hotel that was built in 2020. Elevators are available. In the 38 square meter apartment there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a TV and a passage to the balcony. The living room is equipped with a couch that can be converted into a bed, a coffee table, a TV and a dining table with 4 chairs. The living room also has an entrance to the balcony and a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare meals (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, capsule coffee maker, kettle, dishes, pots). On the balcony there is a sunny furnished sitting area. There is also a shower, washing machine, hairdryer and a large mirror in the bathroom. Towels and bed linen are also provided. A private parking space is included for our guests. 20% of the price is to be paid at the time of booking, the rest can be paid once you are on site. As additional costs there is also the tourist tax, which is 4,40 Zloty per person and day.

The apartment is located about 400 meters from the beach and about one kilometer from the city center. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. There are also bike rentals and many bike paths. There is also a lot of green space (parks) where you can go for a walk

Highly recommended
The flat is beautifully furnished, very clean and fully equipped - we wanted for nothing. The location is perfect with the beach close by and restaurants, promenade and bars just around the corner. The landlady is super nice, very helpful, and everything worked out well with the communication. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back.

Sehr Schön
Das Apartment war super schön eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Raus aus der Tür und mitten auf der Promenade. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Danke Frau Kaminski

Everything great
The flat was very clean. A great bathroom with rain shower. The kitchenette was sufficient for us as a family of four. 2 types of coffee machines were on site , so something for everyone. The flat is in a nice location. It is not far from the beach and the promenade
There is a fixed parking space for the car, which was very good and important for us.
The landlady is lovely and kind, she speaks German and is always available. Definitely suitable for families.

Top Apartment
Das Apartment ist so wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Das Auto steht am Objekt gesichert durch eine Schranke und man hat vom Balkon einen Blick darauf. Es ist eine recht große Promenade wo viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen vorhanden sind. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und hat richtig feinen Sand. Wer mag kann vieles zu Fuß erreichen in der Stadt gibt es auch noch vieles zum Einkaufen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wenn man fragen hat auch über Handy schnell zu erreichen. Wir für unseren Teil merken uns dieses Apartment und kommen gern wieder.
