This detached villa is located at Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad, only 400 m. from the North Sea beach and 13 km. from the well-known, cosy Belgian seaside resort of Knokke.
The villa is completely and comfortably furnished and covers two floors. On the ground floor, you will find next to the living room and an open kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In the hall you have a separate toilet. On the first floor are two more bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. On the landing, you have a second toilet. All beds are of the single type. box-spring bed, whether or not in a 2-pers. setup.
Through the garden doors, you can reach the garden with terrace and garden furniture. There is parking for two cars at the villa.
At Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad there are various villas for rent for four to sixteen people.

The North Sea resort Résidence Cadzand-Bad is located at the most southwesterly point in the Netherlands, just behind the Zeeuws-Flemish coast. A beautiful coastal park located in a lovely dune landscape, with the allure and atmosphere of the West Flemish resorts. From the stately entrance, you can reach to the expansive North Sea beach (only 350 m away), after a short walk through the village. In and around Cadzand-Bad, you can browse endlessly in the lovely shops and tempt your palate in top restaurants. A day out to Knokke, Bruges or Sluis will make your holiday at North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad complete. North Sea Résidence Cadzand-Bad has a number of facilities. In the middle of the park there is a central building with the Food Market, various restaurants, a charming terrace and the Koos Kids Club, with all kinds of children's activities. For the adult guests there is plenty to experience. There are charming villages in the area, and you can get right to the beach from your villa or bungalow. All park facilities are not open in the spring and fall.
Residence Cadzand-Bad is located at the most southwesterly point in the Netherlands. It has spacious, modern villas in various sizes. It has many facilities for all ages, and is located only 350 m of the North Sea beach.
Reservations for groups of persons under 22 years of age are not permitted.
For groups other than families travelling together there is an extra security deposit of 50 per person.
Upon request, there are accommodations available, in which pets are permitted. The note "Pets not permitted" does not mean that there have been no pets in the accommodation. If you want to book a pet-free accommodation, contact our customer contact centre. Preference fees will apply in these cases.
At your holiday home there is a maximum of parking space (s). Are you with multiple cars? Then you can park them at the general car park at the Plaza building.
Due to maintenance work, the pool at Aquadelta is closed from Monday 8 November untill Friday 12 November.

Ants in the kitchenette, the house was cold, the towel pack should be included. A small bath mat should also be part of it. The tiles are for wet feet like black ice, so slipping and broken bones.
The location was very good. Fenced lot, waterfront, and distance to neighbors.

A great holiday home with solid facilities. The house also has a terrace with furniture and loungers and a lawn. One of the two showers was dirty when it was clean

The house was great with a 9-month-old baby, the bedroom downstairs was unfortunately a bit small, the two rooms upstairs are larger (but the stairs were too steep for me with a baby). The park is very well maintained. The sea is just around the corner. We'll definitely be back next year!

The house was not finished. The barn was still under construction and it would be a child-friendly house…. Stair gate was not good because our son could open it himself. The fence around the garden was also not complete because you could pass under it at the bottom (even as an adult). This was also reported to the Bali at Roompot itself. Furthermore, the house was not really clean, especially the toilets were dirty. Furthermore, we had a nice stay.

Great holiday, we enjoyed the space. The rain shower is nice. Nice that you can use the WiFi code on multiple devices, very nice if you are in a house with several people. Nice that there is a washing machine, dryer and oven. It is a pity that this was not known in advance, so please take this into account. I only missed a double duvet cover. This is just as nice for people who bring their own bedding to know in advance. It is a pity that these houses cannot be paid in high season, otherwise we would gladly give up our camping holiday ;-)

House for this level much too sober (cheap) furnished. Senseo, not Nespresso. Cheap cutlery, shabby furniture, no oven dishes either. This park and house radiate frugality. No activities for kids, swimming pool and kids club closed, park has made no effort to, for example, give craft packages or organize something outside. Furthermore, heavy wailing heat pump in the house, seemed like you are in an airplane. No bath, for example. Oh yes, the arrival was also unpleasant, little veiled it was indicated that we were allowed to deduct €270 for additional costs because we had booked through Belvilla and I had not seen that, was my fault according to the reception. Holidays are great, but that is not because of this (D)Roompot park.
