Take time for a rich breakfast on the terrace (roof terrace ca.25 square meters) when the sun rises over the water. Use the large area on deck for a cozy evening at sunset with family or friends
The houseboat "Nova" (10.5 x 3.5 meters) is anchored, without being able to swim with it, in the Marina-Swinemünde on the Baltic Sea. The houseboat was completed in 2021 with above-average equipment. Up to 4 people can be accommodated on the houseboat. A double bed and a sofa bed offer the possibility of a comfortable overnight stay. The living space is loft-like in design and is particularly bright and inviting thanks to the floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows. The kitchenette with refrigerator and stove and a toilet/shower on board, leave nothing to be desired. For entertainment, a radio and a TV are installed in the boat
The beach and the promenade can be reached within 10 min. by foot. It is a good idea to take the route through the Kurpark
To the city center you also need 10 min. by foot
All utilities (electricity, water, bed linen) are included, as well as a parking space at the jetty.
It is not allowed to celebrate bachelor parties.

Stroll along the longest promenade in Europe in Swinoujscie. The port city has a particularly beautiful coastal area to offer and is popular with bathers and water sports enthusiasts. But also entertainment, shopping and the beach can be seen. If you feel like a little historical excursion, Swinoujscie is also the right place for you. Historical buildings and numerous exhibits are just waiting to be discovered
The floating house is built on a pontoon and is easily accessible via a jetty. The houseboat is located directly above the water, so you can let the gentle swaying of the house rock you to sleep when the wind blows, and in the morning your gaze can fall directly on the glittering waves first thing in the morning.

Rücktrittsgebühren werden dann nicht erhoben. Gleichwohl ist der Vermieter bemüht, das Mietobjekt anderweitig zu vermieten.

Gemischte Gefühle
Also dieses Hausboot, war nicht wirklich gut gereinigt bei der Übergabe. Aus dem sehr beängten Bad, hat es die ganze Zeit penetrant nach Chemietoilette gerochen.Im vorderen Bereich beim Bett sind Plissees angebracht, welche sehr Lichtdurchlässig sind, da die Hafen Promenade die ganze Nacht hell erleuchtet ist, ist somit auch das Schlafzimmer permanent hell. Durch die Lage an der gut besuchten Hafen Promenade, konnten wir das schöne Sonnendeck, nicht wirklich nutzen, da man sich wie auf dem Presentierteller fühlte, das gleiche galt für die Vorhänge im Wohnbereich, die praktisch nicht aufgezogen wurden, um sich vor ständigen Blicken zu schützen. Wen das nicht stört, kann hier eine nette Urlaubsmöglichkeit erleben.

Eine Unterkunft der etwas anderen Art - klein, aber durchaus wiederholenswert.
Sehr netter Kontakt zu der Agentur vor Ort.
Urlaub auf dem Hausboot ist ein Erlebnis.

Houseboat Nova
We had a very nice time at the marina in Swinoujscie. Unfortunately, the location was not so great. I somehow felt like I was in the transshipment port
The handover was in English, not so great for those who don't speak or understand English.
The houseboat was very clean and everything you need was there.
We found it very nice that we could bring our dog.

Relaxed and rocking holidays
Very nice time spent on the houseboat. Quietly located in the small marina with adjacent forest and park. Ideal for our two dogs. 15 min to the promenade if you find the shortest way
There is always little space on a boat, so you live out of your bag or suitcase for the most part. Very nice boat with a roof terrace and walkways all around.
The only drawback was the coffee machine. It only works with capsules, which are expensive to buy. So no filter coffee, which we took with us. There is also no oven. But toaster, microwave and hotplates
Recommendable !!! Be careful with the mobile phone - one fell in :(

Erlebnisurlaub auf dem Wasser
Ein sehr toller Urlaub direkt auf dem Wasser. Ein großer Besen fehlt, damit man auch selbst mal durchfegen könnte. Sehr zu empfehlen. Für Familien geeignet, wenn man kein Problem hat, auf dem Ausziehsofa zu schlafen. Für 2 Personen ganz ideal.

Beautiful holiday in the port of Swinoujscie
The houseboat gave us a different kind of holiday. There were two of us on the houseboat with a small dog. Overall, we really liked the accommodation. The harbour is a good starting point for walks to the beach or excursions. However, Swinoujscie apparently has a severe mosquito problem in summer. Unfortunately, we had not heard about this before. Especially in the evening, the swarms of mosquitoes strike. Completely unprepared, we had almost 50 mosquito bites on the first evening. And this is really not an exaggeration! Due to the heavy mosquito plague, it would therefore be highly advisable to retrofit the houseboat with fly screens! Unfortunately, without insect protection like before, you can't open the windows at all in the evening - but at the same time it's very warm in the houseboat, especially in summer. Unfortunately, that was not so nice. In addition, it would be good if a hand-held hoover or similar was provided so that you could clean up the dirt carried in over a large area yourself
We would recommend the accommodation for 2 people. For 4 people, a larger houseboat would certainly be more advisable.

Außergewöhnlich!
Sehr modernes und schickes Hausboot mit einem Schlafzimmer und einer Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Sehr gute Ausstattung und wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern ein paar sehr entspannte Tage erlebt. Urlaub auf dem Hausboot ist ein tolles Erlebnis. Erholung pur. Wir machen das zum ersten Mal. Zum Strand ist es auch nicht so weit und in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Kommunikation mit den Besitzern war nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen defintiv wieder.
