Detached roof-only house on an approx. 400 sqm plot on the outskirts of Schneverdingen, in the centre of the Lüneburg Heath.
Our renovated and newly furnished roof-only house is located in a holiday home settlement close to nature.
On 74 sqm we offer a cosy living room with dining area, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, two bedrooms on the upper floor
(ATTENTION: to be reached via a space-saving staircase in alternating steps - see photo, not suitable for very small children and in case of walking impediment),
one sleeping accommodation on the ground floor, as well as a spacious terrace in your own garden for a relaxing and restful holiday.
A carport is available for parking on the property.

Location and surroundings of object
Schneverdingen is located in the city triangle of Hamburg, Bremen, Hanover and right in the middle of the Lüneburg Heath Nature Park.
The cities of Lüneburg and Celle, both worth a visit, are also only an hour's drive away.
Look forward to extensive heath areas, mystical moors and beautiful forests
We recommend the area around Höpen and the Wilseder Berg, as well as the Pietzmoor and of course the Heidschnuckenweg.
Hiking, cycling, enjoying nature and much more await you in the region.
You can also reach Hamburg, Bremen and Hanover comfortably from Schneverdingen by train, inexpensively with the Lower Saxony ticket.

Short vacation in the heath
We spent 5 nights in this beautiful holiday home. The house is located in a quiet area, with no noise or traffic disturbances. Everything is spotless, the kitchen and the apartment are completely equipped, nothing is missing. The car is parked in a carport. The connection to the city and the surrounding area is easy. We would book here again and will definitely pass on this address.

Everything is great
We rented the small house for one week. Every day was pure relaxation. The holiday home was especially lovingly furnished and ideal for me and my wife. A very warm thanks to our hostess for the warm welcome. We would love to come back.

Great house for a relaxing vacation.
We were allowed to use the house for one week and it was simply a fantastic vacation.
The house is located in a quiet and pleasant area. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the city or about 5 minutes by car.
The house is equipped with everything you need (including towels and bed linen). If you are looking for a pleasant and quiet vacation, this house is perfect.
The location also makes it a perfect starting point for excursions (e.g. Hamburg or Hannover, both about 1 hour away by car).
The handover of the house and the payment process went smoothly with a really nice landlord.
This will certainly not have been our last vacation in this house.

Dat lütte Huus is absolutely to be recommended. Everything was spotless, the furnishings hard to beat. The contact with the landlady was very cordial, she helped us with all our wishes quickly and without complications.

we were positively surprised by the equipment, the house itself, the tranquility of the surroundings, and the size of the garden where the kids could let off steam. There was nothing missing in the house. The attached terrace with furniture, awning, and grill completed the great equipment. There was a personal introduction with welcome gifts and loving homemade things, also for the kids.

Around satisfied...
The holiday home and the surroundings are perfect for relaxation. Bicycles should definitely be included, as that’s the only way to see the beautiful corners of Schneverdingen. The holiday home is lovingly furnished. You feel comfortable from the very first moment.
