A GUEST'S OPINION says more than all descriptions: Dear Mr. Feiertag! My husband informed me about your intention to publish a few sentences from guests on your homepage. Since we have only positive things to report, here are a few sentences from us: The house is very clean, tidy and beautifully decorated with art objects from various artists. As it is in a very quiet location and has a nice big garden behind it, it was also ideal for the children! The house has everything a family needs, plus it's nice and big! Very good value for money and nice contact. You can even do all your shopping on foot, everything is close by!

You live in the artist's studio: the ground floor is constantly adorned with original works by various artists.
The unusually designed rooms on the upper floor make children's hearts beat faster. In the "forest, under a tree", "on the lakeside" or in an "oasis in the Serengeti", the children can comfortably dream of the TV show Wolf, Bear & Co or of their experiences in the many amusement parks

You can put your bicycles in the lockable gazebo.
In the 1200 sqm garden, the "little ones" can romp around while the "big ones" relax in the sun. Garden furniture, barbecue and various garden games (croquet, badminton, etc.) are available.

Recreation in soltau
We can recommend the house to others. The nearby surroundings are great for recreation, no street noise. if you want to relax, this is the place for you. but also for anyone who wants to have fun, everything is within reach. heide park and Hamburg are also worth a short drive.

Good location.
The price-performance ratio for a short vacation in Soltau is absolutely fine. The apartment is a bit outdated (especially visible in the bathroom), but the indoor and outdoor facilities, as well as cleanliness, are all good.

Family short break
Single-family house in a quiet location, with a short shopping path, spacious and fully equipped

Thanking for a wonderfully spent time
Very comfortable house. In fact, it has everything that is needed in a house, even more than described - there is also a coffee machine, a food processor, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dishwasher! Very comfortable beds. You can drive right up to the front door of the house. Located in the center of Soltau, close to the store and close to Heide Park. The owner of the house is a wonderful person. Clean and comfortable. Our family consists of 5 people: 2 parents and 3 children aged 6 to 15. I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. Very good contact with the owner by email and phone, which is very helpful. Very nice, comfortable, and wonderful. Thank you.

friendly furnished apartment with attention to detail - but without plush and kitsch
The house is located in a quiet residential street. You can't hear any cars, no noise, nothing. And yet you can reach the large supermarket on foot in 5 minutes. The charming town center is also only 2 km away. All major discount stores can be found there.
The apartment is very cozy inside, so even on a rainy day, you feel "at home." It's nice that there aren't the usual dust collectors that you often see in vacation homes as decorations. Instead, many pictures hang on the walls, creating a special, elegant atmosphere in the apartment. You can even walk barefoot on the old wooden floor (no carpet). Everything is very clean.
Even though we ate out frequently (thanks for the recommendations!), the kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a large, comfortable seating area with very nice, complete dishes - not a mishmash - and a great view of the large garden with an apple tree in the foreground.
Finally, an apartment that has large enough wardrobes in all bedrooms and very good (new?) mattresses. Great service: we ordered "with bed linen" - and received the beds fully made up, color-coordinated with the curtains and the rest of the room, and plenty of new, white towels for the bathroom.
The two bathrooms are brightly tiled and very clean, although somewhat older (e.g., no single-lever mixers for the showers).
In the garden shed, there is a large charcoal grill and garden furniture for the huge garden from "grandma's time." Even the cushions of the garden furniture are color-coordinated.
The landlord sends interesting, personal excursion recommendations in advance by email, so you can prepare for your vacation.
