Located in the Vier-Jahreszeiten-Park Sumio Port Greve, this attractive semi-detached house on the water offers everything for a relaxing stay. The modern holiday home features three comfortable bedrooms and a luxurious bathroom with sauna. The house has its own parking space in front of the door and is situated in a car-free and child-friendly park – an oasis of tranquility by the inland water. Inside, you will find a cozy living room with a fireplace, two leather armchairs, an armchair, and a dining table with six chairs. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave with oven function, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, cooktop, and Senseo coffee machine.

Layout and bedrooms

Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor with two single beds (80 cm).
Bedroom 2: Equipped with two box spring beds and a washbasin. Bedroom 3: Two box spring beds (2x80 cm), wardrobe, and a washbasin.
The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a walk-in shower, washbasin, and a sauna. In the shed you will find a washing machine, an ironing board, and an iron.

Garden and terraces
Through the garden door you enter the sheltered, fenced garden of 200 m² with two terraces. The garden is spacious and equipped with a garden table and six comfortable chairs, ideal for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

Please note that the parking facilities are not included.

Location and surroundings of object

The Landal Port Greve Feriënpark is about 35 hectares and directly on the Grevelingenmeer, the largest saltwater lake in Europe is no longer an insider tip for many surfers and accordingly popular.

Also among sailors, the area is considered an Eldorado. No wonder with a constant breeze around wind force four to five! A bridge and three dikes connect the Schouwen-Duiveland peninsula with the mainland.
Behind the dikes you can discover lonely farms, dreamy villages and proud mills, of course best on the

Indoor swimming pool with 58 m long giant slide, 3 children's pools. Brouwershaven is a small, idyllic harbor town with sailing traffic. It is situated on the Grevelingen Sea, surrounded by several small villages. Despite all this, the nearest larger towns such as Zierikzee and Renesse can be reached in a few minutes (about 10-15 minutes by car).
There are all necessary stores in Brouwershaven, such as: supermarket (with bike rental), bakery, fishmonger, pharmacy, hairdresser, electrical shop, cafes and restaurants, which are all placed around the old marina.
For our smaller guests there is a small playground, an animal enclosure and the so-called 'children's beach' at Grevelinger Meer. All reachable in about 10 minutes. These are nice to walk, as you can keep along the harbor, which leads through the historic village center.
You can get to the large North Sea beach by car in a good ten minutes or comfortably by bike.
