The detached, spacious and largely ground level house with Canarian architecture offers 3 large bedrooms with private bath -jeweils also a cozy living / dining area with fireplace and panoramic views. The 60 square meter terrace of the solar-heated pool is ideal for sunbathing, swimming and relaxing. From the rear terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea and the neighboring island of Lanzarote.
Enjoy peace and quiet in a not yet overcrowded by tourism place without losing the connection to the hustle and bustle of a few minutes distant tourist center.

In less than 10 minutes drive from the tourist resort of Corralejo with its numerous shops, restaurants, bars with live music and other diversions. Near the airport, there is a new golf course. This exclusive holiday home with stunning views of the island of the north, the sea and the neighboring island of Lanzarote is situated on a 3,400 sqm plot in Villaverde in the beautiful north of Fuerteventura, just under 15 minutes and from the fantastic beach and dunes in Corralejo at the northeast coast of the picturesque bays of El Cotillo in northwest.
The town has several restaurants serving Canarian and international cuisine, a small pizzeria, a bakery and two well-stocked supermarkets.

Very nice holiday home in a great location
The VillAVentura holiday home is located in the north of Fuerteventura, about 15 minutes by car from Corralejo and the dunes. Although in the village of Villaverde, VillAVentura is very quiet and has a fantastic view of Corralejo and the island of Lanzarote. For this already 5 *. The holiday home is lovingly furnished with everything you need, impeccably clean and well maintained. Also for this 5*. There is a very nice contact person on site who takes care of the pool and changes the bed linen and towels. You can also contact him with any other requests. Again 5* for the service. The landlord informs you before the start of your holiday about shopping, bakery, beaches in the area etc., which was very nice.
We left wistfully and can only recommend VillAVentura to anyone looking for a holiday home on Fuerteventura outside the tourist strongholds.

Dream for individualists
Super spacious house (as described on the internet), super equipment (more than described), super pool (the most important thing for kids).
You need to be mobile to get to know Fuerteventura and especially its beaches (but who isn't nowadays).
But VillAVentura is absolutely suitable as a cozy base.
We felt completely comfortable in the villa and enjoyed our vacation.
Special thanks to Michaela for the good on-site support and of course the Fandel family for the smooth and uncomplicated rental process (and extensive information prior to our trip).
We can recommend VillAVentura to any Fuerteventura vacationer!
