Very spacious villa with open interior (living room, TV room, dining room and integrated kitchen with breakfast counter).
A large fireplace with bench completes the spacious ambience.
The interior is modern and rustic. Ideal for a large family. However, there are only 2 bedrooms on the ground floor
On the 1st floor, as well as the separate studio are the private things of the owners.
One reaches from the small entrance area with hallway and guest toilet, in the large living room. Starting with the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Continuing into the living room with large, solid wood dining table. Two comfortable sofas complete the cosy room. A huge fireplace with bench can be fired from 2 sides.
The large panoramic window including exit door, offers views of the various large terraces that surround the house, to the sea in front of Lagos.

Location and surroundings of object
"Colinas Verdes" (the green hills) is the name of the villa development with old trees and individual houses hidden in the green.
Very quiet location and each villa has enough space around it.
Here the house is situated on a plot of 2.400 m² surrounded by many different terraces, on different levels
80 m² of which are covered. There is a small outdoor kitchen with gas grill, 2 electric plates and sink.
There is even a sleeping beauty lounger for hot days, bordered with tulle curtains, for an afternoon nap outside.
If you need a bit of a change, visit Lagos, 12km away, with all its restaurants, bars and shopping.
It is always worth taking a stroll through the old town which is reminiscent of the time of Henry the Navigator.
The bathing bays around Lagos are also worth seeing. The biggest beach is the Meia-Praia with 4km sand and shells without end.
Also the west coast beaches, where the climate is a bit rougher and the waves are higher, can be reached easily from here.
For a short trip you can also visit the nearby reservoir, with a completely different vegetation.
Here you can also swim...
If you don't want to go to Lagos for dinner, the two small villages "Bensafrim" and "Portelas" offer some typical Portuguese food. Very quaint.
