Villa Elisa - Vacation in the natural paradise of Tuscany!
This beautiful natural stone house - a former farmhouse - was extensively and lovingly converted into a splendid vacation home in 2020 and is being offered for the first time for the 2021 season as a residence for guests.
The house sits on a large, fully fenced property and is accessible through an electric gate.
It is ideally designed for a family totaling 6 people and features 3 bedrooms. The location of the house is unique!
The view from the covered portico extends over the entire valley to the sea at Monta Argentario.
The absolute highlight is the panoramic pool in front of the house, just 3 m from the portico
(Pool size 3.5 x 7.5 m, depth 1.45 m - open from mid-May to the end of September)
The owner comes weekly for pool maintenance.
The house and property are surrounded by a large, completely fenced garden plot. Individual old oak trees are located on the property and a beautiful
old oak forest surrounds it.
There is plenty of space here for children and your family dog to play and frolic.
Both - children and your dog are welcome here.

Magnificent secluded location between Saturnia and the small mountain village of Semproniano in the hinterland of the Maremma.
In the village (1.5 km) there are shops, pharmacy, tobacco shop, bar, bank and ristorante.
Petrol stations in the neighbouring villages 3 and 12 km
The access to the house is on a tarred road up to the electric gate.
The surrounding area is a paradise for interesting excursions and activities.
Famous historical places like Pitigliano. Sorano and Savona can be reached in less than 30 minutes.
Saturnia with its famous thermal springs is 12 km away.
A trip to the sea and the island of Monte Argentario is possible in an hour!
Saturnia, 11 km away, has an 18-hole golf course, a sophisticated thermal spa with spa and wellness centre and excellent restaurants.

Great house in a quiet location
The house is beautifully quiet and secluded near Semproniano, the garden is simply huge and very well maintained around the house, great very soft lawn that is watered daily and little olive trees. With a dog, it's just great as everything is fully fenced! Great view and great infinity pool. Unfortunately, the furnishings are rather poor, outside there is no cozy seating, only the hard iron chairs (we were fortunately able to bring seat cushions) kitchen utensils are also very meager, just plates, bowls, and cutlery, no sun umbrellas.
Otherwise, a very nice and spacious house but without air conditioning. However, if you ventilate at night and close the windows (all with fly screens) during the day, it works quite well. Absolute seclusion, but if you want to go further away, the roads are quite adventurous and you need to plan some time.
You can get the essentials in Semproniano, larger supermarkets are about 30 minutes away.
We enjoyed the peace and our dogs enjoyed the large garden.

vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung und für Ihre angebrachte und berechtigte Kritik!
Wie bedauern es sehr, dass bzgl. der Küchen-Ausstattung und den fehlenden Sitzmöbel
im Porticato, trotz Ihrer überwiegend positiver Bewertung, das Haus deshalb nicht zu 100% Ihren Erwartungen entsprach. Das Problem mit den Sitzmöbel Porticato ist bekannt und wird auch für die nächste Saison anders gelöst! Sonnenschirme wird es wegen ständigem Wind nicht geben! Diese sind nach wenigen Wochen kaputt! Aber der schattige Porticato ist nur 5 m vom Pool entfernt - und gerade deswegen müssen dort bequeme Sitzmöbel sein!
Das Geschirr/Besteck wird umgehend geprüft und entsprechend ergänzt.
Wir haben diese Punkte mit der Besitzerin besprochen und die Zusage, dass dies umgehend geändert wird!
Ich freue mich, wenn wir bei einer weiteren Urlaubsplanung wieder ein schönes Ferienhaus

Beautiful vacation weeks in southern Tuscany
Previous description and photos fully confirmed during our three-week stay. The location of Villa Elisa is truly unique, a very large area with a beautiful panoramic view up to the sea. Directly in front of the holiday home, a wonderful pool that is regularly cleaned. The covered portico provides pleasant shade during high heat. Inside the villa, an air conditioning unit ensures comfortable temperatures. It is also very good that all windows are equipped with fly screens. The residents of the small mountain village of Semproniano, located about 1.5 kilometers away, are helpful and warm-hearted. There are two small grocery stores, a butcher shop, a bakery, a drugstore, and two restaurants. Even without knowledge of Italian, communication was possible everywhere thanks to our translation program. We would like to express our sincere thanks to Mrs. Olivi for her excellent care and prompt assistance with any issues that arose. We have rented numerous holiday homes in the past, and Villa Eleni ranks very high on our list. Overall, it was three wonderful, eventful, and relaxing weeks in Tuscany that we will certainly not forget.

Beautiful house with top view
Wonderful house in an absolutely quiet (alone) location with a very beautiful view over the landscape to the sea. Very well maintained and all furnished to a high standard. Everything you need is there, including a covered, brick barbecue and a well-maintained pool. The village with bakery, pizzaria ect. is quickly reached in 1.5 km. Very nice and committed landlords. A very clear recommendation!
