This spacious, luxuriously equipped and exclusive villa is located in a quiet rural area, just a few minutes' drive from Pula and about 3 km from the sea. It offers everything necessary for a relaxing and sporty holiday, without having to leave the villa.
At your complete disposal you will find a basketball court, a children's playground, ping-pong, billiards, fitness equipment, darts, table football, and a whirlpool (hot tub). A covered and well-equipped summer kitchen, with a barbecue area and a large dining room located directly next to the private pool (which can be heated on request), complete with high-quality sun loungers and garden furniture, leaves nothing to be desired and crowns your unforgettable dream vacation.
The property can accommodate up to 18 people and is therefore ideal for holidays with several families or groups of friends. The holiday home consists of 2 floors and a separate annex. The interiors are enriched with carefully selected furniture and details attended to with care.
The property is air-conditioned, is rented in its entirety, and has private parking.

Mega beautiful house
The pictures are truly not exaggerated, the house is mega beautiful and very well maintained. With billiards, a whirlpool, a sports field and other facilities, there is nothing left to be desired. The owner and the manager Tina are super friendly. We were very satisfied all around.
