Porat, district of Malinska. The holiday flat is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The 5-star apartment is located in a family house in Porat, just a few steps from the sea, harbour and restaurants, with a pebble beach very nearby. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living room (10 sqm) with TV, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sqm) with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and toilet. Bathroom (6 sqm) with bathtub, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
