Porat, district of Malinska. The holiday flat is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with lawn, flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The 5-star apartment is situated in a family house in Porat, just a few steps from the sea, harbour and restaurants, with a pebble beach very close by. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), safe and washing machine. Television reception via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit.
Hygiene measures: protective masks, disinfectant and final cleaning with disinfection.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor and leads via an external staircase directly into the living room with doors to all rooms. Lounge (35 sq m) with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony (10 sq m, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 5 chairs). 2 bedrooms each (12 sq m) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living room with TV, electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, electric kettle, washing machine and access to the balcony. Bathroom (5 sq m) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom (6 sq m) with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

The organisation of parties and events is prohibited.
Smoking is forbidden on the premises.
