Relax at Lake Balaton, go fishing, enjoy the sun and the incomparable nature! Only 60 metres from the beach of the beautiful Lake Balaton, our two flats are located in a quiet environment, which is also ideal for family holidays, as even the smallest children can play freely in the garden, which is enclosed by a fence. The two holiday flats are also suitable for a relaxing holiday in the early and late season, as they have central heating. For this time, we especially recommend a visit to the nearby spa and adventure pool.

| We only rent for a minimum of 1 week in the main season, with successive guests changing on Saturday. From the age of 18, an additional visitor's tax of EUR 1.50 per person per day must be paid. Seson price valid up to 4 persons. Price per additional person / extra bed / is 8 Euro per/day. If you use air conditioning, you have to pay 2 Euro/day. |

Super warm recording by the landlord
Nice gentleman with his wife ?, on the day of arrival we got traditional Hungarian goulash soup, it was delicious ?, of course first key ? for the apartment and then soup, beach camp supper 30 meters and you are at the lake
The city center is far from the door, but not for those who are into sports
I can't say anything about delicious food, but if you want to drink delicious cocktails, then only at Lido, it's not far from the apartment ?♀️, I would recommend trying their Pino Cola - amazing ?
Apartment well equipped, if something is missing, ask the host :) for a one-week vacation, we didn't miss anything
We lived on the 2nd floor, 2 TVs, 1 bathroom, each room has a balcony, even one room has stairs and upstairs they have their own toilet ?, a small terrace at the entrance door

everything is great
Super great landlords, very warm and extremely hospitable. The location of the apartment is excellent, quiet, and only 1 minute from the beach. The apartment is also equipped with everything necessary. Also great for dogs.

Super family holiday
Our holiday in Hungary with the Mercz family was just great. We were welcomed with a Hungarian goulash soup and lots of great tips about shopping and sightseeing. Everything was perfect. The location of the flat was great, just cross the street and you were at the beach. All in all, a perfect holiday, also thanks to the hosts who speak good German

Holidays in Siofok
The Mercz family gave us a very warm welcome. They speak good German and gave us lots of tips for excursions. Child-friendliness is very important here, which the grandson liked very much. It is absolutely suitable for swimming, just a short walk across the road and into the water. Food and shopping facilities are all nearby.
It is definitely recommended for all age groups. We will definitely be back.
Thanks again for the hospitality and the delicious goulash soup.
