Location and surroundings of object
Right on your doorstep extend wide meadows and fields. You can walk to the backwaters with bathing and landing in a few minutes. Experience the island of Usedom in a pristine and untouched, as it is only rarely encountered. The bustle of the beach resorts is far enough away to be here to unwind and relax right times. Nevertheless, it is only 25 minutes on the Baltic Sea beach. At the far end of a peninsula projecting far into the backwaters is the small fishing village of old Warta. As before the image of the village is dominated by fishing and agriculture. A stone's throw away is the huge playground with sandpit and climbing frames.

| Tourist tax is not charged. A pet is charged EUR 6 per day and a deposit of EUR 150 is agreed. The optional linen package (bed linen and towels) costs EUR 15 per person once. |
Cancellation terms:
In the event of a cancellation of a booking, we unfortunately have to charge cancellation fees. These are: until the 45th day before the start of the trip 10% until the 30th day before the start of the trip 25% until the 22nd day before the start of the trip 50% thereafter 80% of the agreed rental price. A cancellation must always be communicated to us in writing. Of course, we will make every effort to rent the holiday property to someone else in order to keep the damage as minimal as possible.

Beautiful holiday home for families
We liked it very much, especially the quietness of the "Lieper Winkel"
We especially liked the beautiful garden around the houses. A larger casserole dish for the kitchen and a few more glasses would have been nice - but we were also 7 people in the flat.
recommend for: holiday with children
