Unfortunately not like it used to be anymore…
The apartment is unfortunately in need of renovation:
1. The kitchen is partially defective, swing flaps of the wall cabinets fall down undamped, posing a risk of accidents.
2. The baseboards in the hallway are falling off the walls.
3. The fan in the bathroom is broken.
4. The mattresses and/or beds are dilapidated.
5. The cleanliness in the bathrooms and toilet is in need of improvement. Overall, it was not very clean.
6. The antenna cable was provisionally routed across the hallway.
7. The paintwork in many places is damaged or peeling. The entrance hall of the apartment urgently needs to be decluttered.
8. The tenant of the apartment above us, along with his children, was hyperactive until sometimes 2 in the morning.
9. The walls could use a new coat of paint.
10. The highlight was a glued-together kitchen towel found in a drawer in the bedroom. I don't want to know what it was used for!
