Tuscany (Italy) - beautiful vacation apartment located in a panoramic and secluded location with a private pool amidst green nature. The Cecio apartment for 2-4 people is situated on the first floor of an ancient, completely restored farmhouse. Here, guests have a spacious living room (with SAT-TV), a fully equipped kitchen with a terrace, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, and a shower room with a washing machine. The beautiful pool (9.5 x 4.5m) is for the exclusive and private use of the holiday guests (the landlords do not use it and are also rarely present). Guests also have access to a covered terrace, a grill, table football, a ping pong table, and much more in the spacious well-maintained garden with olive grove.

Location and surroundings of object

The beautiful country house, in which the holiday apartment Cecio is located on its own expansive grounds, is situated in Tuscany in a wonderfully quiet area near Poppi. The green surroundings are perfect for walks, hikes, or mountain bike tours. The village of Poppi, with all shopping facilities, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars, is not far away. A small bar with groceries is located in a nearby village about 2 kilometers away. 3 km away and a golf course is nearby. The beautiful, green Casentino - a very diverse area between Florence and Arezzo, where you can find everything: the typical Tuscany with its avenues of cypresses and wide fields, historical sites, religious sites, and also the Casentino National Park. At the same time, you can also easily make cultural excursions to Florence (approx. 50 km) or Arezzo (approx. 35 km).
