A living oasis for young and old and pets

In our emergency situation, we found the house of the G family. The landlords are super nice and very accommodating. The vacation home has everything your heart desires. The house is very clean and very large. We felt very comfortable. The location is very quiet and the neighbors are very nice. Our little daughter visited the neighbor's daughter often. The dogs got along great. The house is equipped with high quality furnishings and justifies the price. We would rent it again immediately.

Great June week at Haus Lorson.

We spent a super nice week in June in Haus Lorson. With 4 adults, a toddler, an infant, and a dog, we felt very comfortable there. The house is equipped with everything, nothing was missing. In addition, there were many leisure activities (fitness room, table tennis table, foosball table, etc.) that we did not use because we had fantastically beautiful weather. The selection of play options for toddlers was huge. The fenced garden was perfect, where our dog felt very comfortable. Beautiful hiking trails started directly from the house. We liked Neustadt very much, as well as the Palatinate Forest and the Landauer Zoo. Communication with the landlord was super, very helpful and always approachable. We got along very well with the neighbors. A 5-star vacation in a 5-star house. Thanks again for everything and we will definitely come back.

Great vacation home with all the bells and whistles

We spent two very nice weeks of vacation in the Lorson holiday house. The landlord is extremely friendly and offers excellent service if needed. The house is very well equipped and offers some options to make leisure time pleasant. In particular, the fully fenced garden is great. Our dog Max felt very comfortable there. There are numerous sights in the surrounding area, such as castles, mountains, and cities, which cannot all be visited in just 14 days. The border to France is also not far away, so you can explore the friendly neighboring country on foot, by bike, or by car. We can recommend this holiday house with a clear conscience.

Very nice holiday home

A very nice holiday home for the whole family! Everything you need for a stay is there. There is something for everyone in the house, but we couldn't use it all because we had very nice weather.
The bedrooms are nicely furnished, the kitchen has an extra seating area and the garden is a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Super

We have already been 4 times in the really very great holiday home of family Göttler . There is nothing missing . Besides billiards , table tennis and darts , it is very good to stay even on rainy days . We are already looking forward to our next stay in Hengsberg

Family Göttler is very warm and helpful at any time . We hope to have another holiday soon and try out the great new sauna

All-round carefree package

House Lorson "TOP"

We were in the Pfalz for the first time and also for the first time at Haus Lorson. We all liked it very much, especially because it is very nicely located, with nice neighbors and lots to experience in the region. We had a lot of fun as a family playing table football, darts and billiards. The cinema room was also used extensively. We would travel there again. The Göttler family are also very nice landlords. A man's dream!!!

Men's weekend in the Palatinate.

Everything is just right in this house. From the landlord to the departure, everything simply fit. The key handover was uncomplicated and absolutely in line with corona regulations. Mr. Göttler is a very nice landlord with many tips. Thank you for the tip with the schnitzel platter from the Waldesruh restaurant.

The house is very spacious, but above all, it is very well thought out and very, very clean. We enjoyed the leisure facilities (pool table, table tennis table, etc.). It was simply fun. The kitchen is better equipped than in my own house, and the beds are very comfortable as well. The sauna and the garden were not used by us, but made an excellent impression. However, I have one criticism. A little more light in the basement near the table tennis table. That was the reason why I always lost. Thank you again for the unforgettable days at the Lorson holiday home. I think we will definitely come back soon.

Long weekend for fun and relaxation.

Right after the uncomplicated arrival, we felt very comfortable in the house. The equipment is great, the hygiene exemplary, and preparations far beyond the usual were made. We had a very nice and entertaining holiday due to the various activities in the house and in the surrounding area. The landlord was always easy to reach and helpful. Even in case of misuse of one of the appliances by us and causing minor damage, the landlord was extremely accommodating and understanding. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely recommendable!

If you want to vacation in the southern Palatinate, this is the perfect place for you. The very well-equipped house is located in a pleasant residential area. Particularly noteworthy is the great facilities for children and the secure accommodation for dogs. Even our dog was welcomed with a treat and toy, and we were greeted with wine and delicious cake. The Göttler family are excellent hosts and always available. If it's the southern Palatinate, then it's the Lorson holiday home ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️.

Dream holiday home in the Palatinate

We were able to spend a very relaxing holiday with our two Pyrenean mountain dogs in the fantastically equipped holiday home in the idyllic Hengsberg. Here, nothing was missing, where else can you find a billiards table, dartboard, foosball table, home cinema, table tennis table, 4 fitness machines, and a sauna for leisure activities in the house? In addition, there is the loving care provided by the owners, which is not always to be taken for granted. The hiking trails nearby were very well laid out and signposted. The restaurant 200 meters away is highly recommended to everyone. This will certainly not be the last vacation at Ferienhaus Lorson.

After two years, we spent another lovely holiday week at Ferienhaus Lorson. Everything in the house is still super clean and well-maintained. We went on many wonderful excursions, and even on rainy days, Pirmasens has something to offer if you want to go out. The contact with the landlord is very friendly and uncomplicated. Generous + close to nature + child and dog friendly = Lorson

The house is beautifully located close to nature, with hiking paths starting nearby.

Additional hiking trails can be reached within a few minutes by car, as well as various shopping opportunities.

Having a car is recommended, as the bus connection to Pirmasens city runs only hourly.

The house is very spacious, we were three people and each had our own bedroom - that was great :-) ! There are many toys available for children, and we also found a baby cot and high chair for the little ones. So, even in rainy weather, boredom is unlikely to arise.

The garden is completely fenced, safe for children and dogs.

The landlord is truly very dog-friendly, and our two dog girls felt welcome in every way. Owners of very small dogs can use the existing children's playpen to block off the stairs, as they are open.

The special highlight for us was the home cinema (projector with DVD player) on the 1st floor. In the evening, it really felt like being at the cinema.

Despite a lot of rain, we found gaps for hiking and had a great time resting. The landscape of the Palatinate is simply amazing!

The landlord is very concerned about ensuring that guests feel comfortable. He lives around the corner, but stays discreetly in the background and is always available.

We can wholeheartedly recommend the "Lorson" especially for dog owners.

Ein Traum von Ferienhaus

We were guests in this holiday home with 3 people and a dog for 1 week. From the beginning, we felt very comfortable. The rooms are very spacious, the entire house looks very bright and friendly. All windows have shutters...great. The interior leaves nothing to be desired. Travel guides and information material about the area are available in the house. Toys for children are provided, and there are even books for both young and old. Our dog also enjoyed the garden, and the two terraces invite you to relax with a beautiful view. A holiday home that we highly recommend.

Great, well-kept, and above all clean house, perfect base for trips in the Palatinate Forest.
Bad weather is not a reason for boredom here. With pool table, kicker, darts, and table tennis, there is always something to do. The home theater is also really nice.

Tolles Ferienhaus für Familien

A holiday home that leaves nothing to be desired...we have been there for the 4th time now and will definitely come back again. For the "littlest" kids, there is a play kitchen with a grill and workbench or a sandbox, and for the older kids, there is the playroom or the home cinema room. Beautiful garden with a terrace that invites you to linger, a short walk with dogs and you are surrounded by meadows and fields. In addition, there are also the very nice landlords, who you can contact at any time. The last plus or star stands for the all-day use on arrival and departure!!

Everything fits...

We were very warmly welcomed and found a very nice house with a large garden. The interior is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need. Especially suitable for children, as there are plenty of toys, table tennis, table football, and billiards in the house. The location of the house is very beautiful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. For those who like to do things, there are plenty of brochures in the house, a car is recommended. All in all, we had a lovely vacation, we will gladly return.

Large feel-good house at a small price

We, that is my wife and I, arrived with our Goldie and our three guinea pigs. The house immediately made a welcoming impression and everyone felt at home here:
- For our dog there was a completely fenced garden to play and enjoy freedom.
- Our guinea pigs had their own room
- We could spend our times in the house with billiards, table football, darts, table tennis and in the fitness room.
The house is completely furnished with love and includes everything to make you feel at home.

The care provided by the owners is comprehensive, friendly and not intrusive.

wonderful week with the family

My wife and our dog Marie together with my parents-in-law had a wonderful week in Pirmasens. The house is exactly as described and furnished with great attention to detail. Everything the heart desires is there, for us the best thing about the house with the beautiful garden is that it is completely fenced in and you can let your dog jump in with a clear conscience! The house is located in a really quiet residential area and the beautiful landscape around it invites you to go hiking every day. The locals are also very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay there again next year because it is simply beautiful.

After our hiking trips in the Palatinate Forest, it was always nice to come back to the holiday home. The house is very nicely decorated and the equipment is extraordinary for a holiday home. The landlord took excellent care of everything. Thank you very much! Due to its location on the outskirts of the village, you can quickly reach the greenery for the "dog round" and there is hardly any traffic here. Due to the good transportation links in Pirmasens, many sights in the Palatinate Forest or nearby France can be quickly reached.

Toller Kurzurlaub mit unseren Hunden

We spent wonderful days with our 4 dogs in this holiday home. The house leaves nothing to be desired - neither for humans nor dogs. A great, completely escape-proof garden... plenty of space to play with the dogs or enjoy the sun on one of the 2 terraces. For our dogs, the tiled floor on the lower floor was perfect for a cool midday nap - to recharge for the evening walk in the stunning surroundings. We felt completely comfortable with our dogs. The landlord is also very friendly and accommodating. In the evenings, we spent time playing table tennis and billiards - so there is entertainment provided in this beautiful holiday home. Also highly recommended is the bread delivery service... the local baker delivers bread rolls to the doorstep in the early morning hours... couldn't be better. We will definitely come back!

high German standards

4 adults incl. 2 octogenarians met for a family get- together in this lovely house near the beautiful Palatine Forest region of South- West Germany. The house was more spacious than expected: generous room sizes and corridors, excellent use of space with lots of natural light. All fixtures and fittings were of high quality and everything was spotlessly clean. Only 1 bathroom with bath + shower + a double basin, but the downstairs cloakroom and a wash basin in the master bedroom helped. Large enclosed rear garden plus full sized garage a bonus. Lovely touches like fancy LED light sets in the 2 "children's" bedrooms, stacks of board games and books. Master bedroom + 1 other each have access to the good size 1st floor balcony with views over fields towards Pirmasens. 2 patio areas, each with garden furniture meant following the sun around (or avoiding it!) was easy. Table tennis in the basement and the quality football table provided hours of entertainment. We didn't use the home cinema room much, but once again no expense was spared here. This place, amazingly dog friendly too, is a rare find. It may not be in the most glamorous location but lots of walking, cycling or sight- seeing as well as shops/ services were within easy reach, and it was quiet. Although relatively close the motorway was barely audible. Lots of birds were heard and seen including white storks. Thank you to the host, Mr Goettler, who was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anybody: with or without children or dogs.

Two beautiful weeks

We had two lovely weeks of vacation in the house. My sister and I refreshed our table tennis skills and also made frequent use of the foosball table. Our three dogs had plenty of space, and the hiking opportunities in the nearby and further surroundings were great. The shoe outlet in Haunstein is worth a visit, as well as the shoe museum there. The treetop walk with the big slide in the Biosphere Park is definitely worth a visit. In the house, there were so many suggestions for exploring the Palatinate. That was really great. It was truly a wonderful holiday in a very, very beautiful and generously sized house with great amenities. Upon arrival, everything was sparkling clean and made a welcoming impression. The landlord was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly. Thanks again for that!

A great, spacious, and very well-equipped house in a quiet residential area, just a few meters away from very beautiful hiking trails. The Style Outlets in Zweibrücken can also be reached in just under 20 minutes and are worth a shopping visit. Also worth mentioning is the very friendly and helpful landlord.

Holiday home with feel-good factor

It is not easy to find a nice accommodation when traveling with a pet. Here, my husband and I, along with our two dogs, have finally found the perfect place. A lovingly renovated and furnished house in a beautiful location in Pirmasens with a fenced garden, 2 terraces, and a balcony. From here, you can go hiking, take trips to neighboring France, play golf on beautiful courses, and of course, go shopping. If the weather is not playing along, children and adults can let off steam in the fitness cellar, play table tennis, foosball or billiards and use the home cinema. What more could you want? And the landlords, who live around the corner, are always approachable and really very nice. Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back.

It can hardly get any better

This house is simply highly recommended. Over the many years we've been on vacation with our large dogs, we have gotten to know many beautiful houses with their associated properties. Pure relaxation!

We (4 people with a dog) spent 10 wonderful days at Ferienhaus Lorson. The house is a dream - the amenities, the garden, the play opportunities, the home cinema, the bread service, the landlord, the neighbors... all just great! The excursion options are also not to be underestimated: outlets, Zoo Landau, great hiking trails, beautiful outdoor and indoor pools. The Lorson house near Pirmasens in Hengsberg is worth the trip. The six of us felt very comfortable. The spacious room layout and beautiful furnishings leave nothing to be desired. And even though animals are allowed in the house, everything was spotlessly clean. The very friendly landlord provided us with so much valuable information in advance that there were really no more unanswered questions. However, it is advisable to have a car on site, as the house is very quiet and idyllic, but somewhat off the beaten path. We felt completely comfortable and would immediately take a vacation in this house again!

Enjoyable entertainment

Renting this well-maintained house was nice and uncomplicated, just as a vacation should be. Shops were easily accessible by car, and the nearby town of Pirmasens always has something to offer. Our family gathering in this house was enhanced by the availability of table football, billiards, table tennis, and darts, adding a whole new dimension, and the rain outside didn't bother us ;)

Highly recommended

We rented the vacation home for just a weekend (unfortunately), and I couldn't have made a better decision. Absolutely clean, the facilities on site are a dream. The location is very quiet, and the house actually provides everything you need for a pleasant vacation or just a few relaxing days. The local restaurant is a hidden gem with good traditional Palatine cuisine. We will definitely rent this property again. I highly recommend it.

A house with a lot of possibilities.

It's really rare to find such a clean and luxuriously equipped vacation home! Even in less favorable weather conditions and without a big excursion program, you can keep yourself occupied here and make yourself comfortable (table soccer, table tennis, billiards, many fitness equipment, home theater, 2 TVs, radio, CD player, books, games, fireplace, large sofa landscape, plenty of seating inside and outside, 2 terraces, lawn, garden shed... and everything in very good condition! The kitchen is very well equipped, we even successfully tried out the bread-making machine. The location is wonderfully quiet, hardly any cars drive in the pretty street, you could even play on the street. . . . However, a car is definitely needed, as there is nothing else in the village apart from a restaurant (schnitzel highly recommended!). All shopping opportunities can be reached in a few minutes by car, and countless excursion destinations are also quickly accessible. Many thanks to the extremely friendly and helpful landlords, who have equipped this house so lovingly and thoughtfully! ! !

Great holiday home with all amenities we needed.

We spent 2 weeks in this house. It was fantastic! The house was very clean and the friendly owner gave us a tour. The house is child-friendly, with a large home cinema (DVDs required), a nice garden, and plenty of space. The village is quite small and peaceful. Shops were around a 10-minute drive away (Lidl, Aldi, DM, Hornbach, Media Markt).

We searched for a long time.

Not looking for a holiday home, but rather for something to criticize in this house.
We found NOTHING! Except, we actually had to eat and drink ourselves.

Below, only leisure activities in the area are asked about, but what about really bad weather. In this house, you can actually play billiards or darts, you can actually play table tennis, and you can really pump up your body on the fitness equipment until you can't anymore, hehe. Even the home theater is no joke, or fake, as it is called in modern slang. There is even a small garden house available for a barbecue party.

Oh, the garden, a dream for dog owners, fenced, locked, and bolted so that the little rascals can't break out. This concern is also taken away here, and we were there with a Hovi male who felt really comfortable. We have been traveling through Europe several times a year for about 25 years, always staying in holiday homes and always with a dog; everything just matches here.

free time activities: In nur wenigen Minuten, ob zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto ist man in Mitten einer traumhaften Natur, in der man stundenlang wandern, radfahren, evtl. auch skiwandern kann. Die gesamte Umgebung sieht jedenfalls sehr nach Wintersport aus.....
Auch Angler kommen in der näheren Umgebung voll auf ihre Kosten. Besonders im nahen Frankreich gibt es zahlreiche Angelangebote, auch für Nicht-Angelschein-Besitzer.
In ca. 30 Autominuten Entfernung befindet sich ein Städtchen, in der gibt es eine Schuhmeile mit sagenhaften 1.000.000 Paar Schuhen. Das muss man gesehen haben.
Ich finde, das ist schon mehr eine Freizeitaktivität als ein Einkauf.....

shopping facilities: In nur ca. 5-7 Autominuten Entfernung findet man alles was das Herz, bzw. der Magen begehrt.

Family days in October

We spent a long family weekend with eight people at the Lorson holiday home and felt very comfortable. The house leaves hardly any wishes unfulfilled. Everything is available for cozy relaxation and relaxed leisure activities. The equipment is high quality and selected with great attention to detail. The atmosphere of the house is very good. Fitness is also not neglected. The billiard table was heavily used. The house offers ideal conditions for a successful break. Only the two French beds could be a bit wider when occupied by two people each. But that is already a subjective impression. Also worth mentioning is the excellent price-performance ratio. The landlord is exceptionally helpful and always available. Conclusion: this house is highly recommended!

Super für Familien

The holiday home Lorson is ideal for families with children (including teenagers). The size and equipment of the house are so extensive that everyone can find something suitable and keep themselves excellently entertained. Added to this is the perfect cleanliness and tasteful décor. We have rarely had such a lovely holiday in a house. We were surprised by the surroundings of Pirmasens, which truly offer the right activity for every taste. A car, however, is necessary from our point of view.
The contact with the landlord was extremely friendly. He was always approachable and helped us with advice and recommendations.

We stayed at Haus Lorson over New Year's and felt very comfortable. The house is located in a quiet residential area with a large fenced garden, ideal for a holiday with a dog. Very nice holiday home, especially suitable for families.

We spent a week with 4 adults and 3 children (4, 4, and 5 years old). The house is very spacious and offers enough room. There is also a beautiful garden, which we unfortunately could not use because we were there in winter. The cinema room was a hit with the kids. The table tennis and billiard room were also great. The kitchen is fully equipped, we only missed a microwave. The bedrooms offer ample space and are very lovingly furnished. Also the entire house. It is practical that a washing machine is available. A good tip from the landlord was also the restaurant "Waldesruh," which is a 5-minute walk from the house. A great service with excellent meat dishes like steak plates or mixed grill plates. All homemade and fresh. We will gladly visit the holiday home again.

shopping facilities: Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gab es in ca. 5 Auto Minuten Entfernung. Ein Brötchenservice kann gebucht werden und man bekommt jeden Früh die Backwaren an die Tür geliefert. Hat prima geklappt und war frisch und lecker. 20 Auto Minuten enfernt in Zweibrücken findet man Deutschland größten Outlet mit verschiedenen Marken Läden zu guten Preisen. Ein Besuch wert.

Vacation in the Palatinate

The holiday home offers everything that is advertised. It is located in a (very) quiet residential area. The neighbors are very friendly and always ready to give advice (on what to see). The house is spacious, and the garden with terrace has everything one could wish for (we would have liked to pick the cherries, but were afraid of falling off the ladder). The landlords are wonderfully friendly and understanding of children and dogs! ! ! Without a car, the location is too far out, but perfect for jogging in the morning and walking the dog! With a car, the house is ideally located and very convenient, especially for trips to Alsace! The weekly market in Sarreguemines is not recommended, unfortunately not a typical French market, but many textiles like in Germany.
A well-maintained house! A walk-in shower and two very modern bathrooms, you can only feel comfortable. We would love to come back anytime. Thank you very much for your help. I appreciate your support.

Cozy holiday home Lorson, Pirmasens Hengsberg

The descriptions and photos from the internet portal match the real situation well and provide an honest picture. We (4 adults and a dog) spent a week in Pirmasens and got to know extremely nice and friendly landlords. The renovated and well-maintained house is not only very comfortably furnished, it was also decorated with a lot of love, for example, with quotes on the walls. We personally love quotes and wisdom. The house is located in a quiet and very beautiful settlement. Since the garden is fenced, the dog is also in good hands. For nature lovers and those seeking relaxation, the landscape is a feast for the eyes, as the forest starts just a few steps from the house. Recreation for the whole family

We arrived with the whole family and everyone was thrilled with the amazing house: Everything was there for everyone! Home cinema to relax, fitness room, table tennis and (highly coveted) pool table for the active ones, the great garden to enjoy the sun undisturbed and for barbecue, and the fantastic huge sofa for chilling. The Göttler family was very accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable, and that was one hundred percent the case! We had a great sunny Easter holiday and will definitely come back.

free time activities: In Pirmasens gibt es ein neu renoviertes Freizeitbad. Für Wanderfreunden bietet sich der Pfälzerwald an. Marathon-Schuhkauf in Hauenstein ist auch ein schöner Sport. Ein Ausflug ins nahe Frankreich ist mit dem Auto jederzeit möglich.

shopping facilities: Ein Ort weiter gibt es Bäcker, Metzger und ein Sparmarkt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten beim ral,-. Wenige Minuten weiter gibt es auch Aldi und Lidl.

Fabulous!

We spent a very cozy weekend with seven girls in this beautiful and luxuriously equipped holiday home! A car is definitely needed to explore the surrounding area comfortably. The house is located in a very rural and quiet area - not for party-goers ;) The neighborhood is also very nice! The landlords are really very, very friendly, committed, and always available for questions/information! All in all, it was a truly relaxing weekend! Highly recommended!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Der wunderbare Pfälzer Wald bietet alle Möglichkeiten ausgedehnte Spaziergänge in wunderschöner Natur zu genießen!!

free time activities: In der Umgebung gibt es viele kulturelle Angebote die man nutzen kann- allerdings benötigt man dafür auf jeden Fall einen PKW. Die Nähe zur französischen Grenze ist natürlich auch sehr verlockend.

shopping facilities: In der Nähe(höchstens 5Min. mit dem Auto) gibt es einen großen Real Markt. Dieser hat auch am Samstag bis 22.00Uhr geöffnet!
Außerdem befinden sich in der näheren Umgebung weitere Supermärkte. Und auch die süßen Strassenstände an denen frisches Obst und Gemüse, sowie köstlicher Federweißer verkauft werden sind sehr attraktiv.

großzügiges Ferienhaus

The holiday home is very well equipped and very spacious - just like a single-family house with a garden in a residential area would normally look like. The children were thrilled with the pool table and used it actively.

Highly recommended

My husband and I spent a very relaxing week in a beautiful house in the Palatinate. We had optimal conditions for an active hiking week and were lucky with the weather as well. We will certainly not be the last time in the beautiful Palatinate.
This holiday home is perfect even in bad weather, as there is never a dull moment with billiards, table tennis, or a fitness room.

Lovely short vacation in a great holiday home.

A beautiful, superbly furnished holiday home that provides a wonderful vacation, both in bad weather (home cinema, table tennis table, fitness room, cozy sofa) and in sunshine (which can be enjoyed in the great garden and on two covered terraces). We felt very comfortable and were well taken care of by our super nice landlords. Thanks to the animal-friendly atmosphere and the proximity to the fields, our dog was also very well looked after there. We are already looking forward to next time.

Ferienhaus Lorson

We had a great holiday here. There is a lot to see in the beautiful Palatinate region as well as in the almost adjacent Alsace. Even if it rains, you won't get bored here, especially the children, because you can spend time in the house being active and playing. On long evenings, you can sit outside comfortably and in absolute peace.

Super nice short vacation

The vacation home is very tastefully decorated, the landlords are super friendly and animal-loving, and the area is also beautiful. We were 4 people with a dog and felt very comfortable. We will definitely come back.

free time activities: Im Haus findet man unzählige Prospekte für Freizeitaktivitäten. Wir waren wandern, im Schokomuseum und in sämtlichen Outlets in der Umgebung.

shopping facilities: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten jeglicher Art findet man in der näheren Umgebung. Es gibt sogar Bäcker die sowohl Sonntags als auch feiertags geöffnet haben.

Holiday home "Lorson"

A house for a holiday family like you rarely see!
The equipment exceeds all expectations. Some people don't have such things at home. A landlord who is always available and is also very friendly. Overall, the holiday home "Lorson" is highly recommended. Even in bad weather, you don't know what to use in the house first, the selection is so huge.
