No heating no relaxing

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. When you go on vacation in the summer. Unfortunately, the heating didn't work and we froze. Especially unpleasant in a cold bathroom. The mattresses are terribly thin so we felt the springs in our backs. The toilet seat was broken as well as the sofa. The cord from the blinds came flying out of the wall. And and and. The price was clearly too high. In the pictures, it looks so inviting but in reality, it was very bleak and bare. What really didn’t work was the poor communication. Hardly any feedback on whether the heating would work again or an apology. I also had to ask when the deposit and the heating fee would be refunded. The location is great, but we would choose a different accommodation on our next visit. Too bad. The Wi-Fi worked great. We heated with candles and made warm thoughts.

recommend for: holiday without car, cultural and sightseeing holiday
