Villa Luca is a modern and new villa in a quiet and private location. The coastal town of Pula, also known for the amphitheater Arena is about 8km away. Crystal clear sea water and very clean and beautiful beaches in approx. 7 km proximity. The domicile is divided on 3 dwelling units, the main house has a, living range, a kitchen as well as 5 bedrooms, 5 baths and 2 further sleep possibilities on the cosy sleep sofa with mattress. in the foyer the billiard table stands. The adjoining guest house has a, living area,a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The interior is modern and all rooms are equipped with satellite TV,air conditioning balcony or terrace. The property is only fully rentable and suitable for up to 14 people. The extravagant, luxurious and very relaxing outdoor area is equipped with a 50 sqm salt water wave pool and massage jets, and a swim-up pool bar under a waterfall. For your physical well-being, there is a barbecue area (outdoor barbecue) with an outdoor kitchen at your disposal. The fenced property has 4 private parking spaces and several parking spaces next to the villa. We wish you a relaxing and unforgettable stay.
