This beautiful cottage, built in the early 19th century, has been converted into a beautiful Villa with a swimming pool, located in the middle of the Kaštela field famous for its vineyards. Villa offers you complete privacy, with a fully fenced 1200 square meters land lot with large garden and the vineyard.Each bedroom has its own private entrance and AC . Enjoy warm summer evenings on the large terrace and the garden with barbecue or take a swim at your own private pool.

beautiful villa

Great house with a pool in the middle of a vineyard and olive garden, well located and very quiet. However, the airplanes from Split airport can be heard during take-offs and landings, but it didn't bother us. We were warmly welcomed by the landlords and the house cat with wine from their own vineyard. They are extremely friendly and took care of everything immediately when we had questions or problems. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The tomatoes from their own garden that they left for us at the door were also great.

Peace and idyll

The house is beautiful and in a very idyllic location. The property is huge. The pool is sensational in the typical summer heat in Dalmatia. If you haven't seen the property yourself, you can't imagine its beauty
