Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is located in a small secluded settlement of 30 houses directly on the Kleine Pälitzsee. The settlement's private beach with a jetty is ideal for many activities for young and old. Whether bathing or soaking up the sun, fishing or starting a boat tour, there is something for everyone. The Mecklenburg Lake District can be wonderfully discovered from here. The very wooded surroundings are ideal for cycling and hiking tours. A paradise for nature lovers. Lake Stechlin, one of the clearest lakes in Germany, is only a few kilometres away.
The town of Rheinsberg, which offers very good shopping facilities, is 10 km away. A charming castle with park and a varied cultural programme, such as the music summer, leave hardly anything to be desired by culture lovers here

The Stechlin running park offers a wide range of activities for running enthusiasts.
Not only worth a trip in summer, but simply beautiful at any time of year. In autumn the area is ideal for mushroom hunting, in winter when the weather is cold you can go ice skating on the lake. In spring, the awakening flora and fauna can be discovered
Kleinzerlang has several restaurants where you can enjoy a good meal. You will also find a bakery there.
Berlin is about 1 hour's drive away, ideally you should take the S-Bahn from Oranienburg for a day trip to the big city.

Cancellation terms:
In the event of cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival, 20% of the rental price (equal to the deposit) is due. If you cancel 59 - 30 days before the start of the rental, 70% of the rental price must be paid. In the event of a cancellation 29 - 0 days before the start of the rental, 95% of the rental price is due. Saved expenses such as final cleaning, visitor's tax, bed linen, and towels will be deducted from the rental price. If the canceled rental period is re-let, the amount owed is reduced by the rental price of the new rental. If the conditions of the new rental are identical, the cancellation costs are waived. A cancellation by you requires written form to be effective. If you fail to make a payment even after a corresponding reminder within a reasonable period, the rental agreement is automatically canceled upon unsuccessful expiration of the deadline set for you in the reminder. We will notify you of this legal consequence in the reminder. In the case of early departure or later arrival, there is no claim for a refund of the price. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Outside this period, a minimum rental period of 3 days is desired. A surcharge of 50 euros will be levied for a shorter rental period.

Autumn holidays
We had a few pleasant days in the colony in Kleinzerlang.
The house is equipped with all amenities. It is only a few meters to the lake, and you can take great tours with the canoe.

Family vacation
We felt very comfortable in the holiday home from the very beginning. The bicycles helped us a lot. With them, two of us always rode to the Krümel kiosk to get fresh rolls. Otherwise, the entire area was explored on foot. Many mushrooms could be collected in the process. In the evenings by the fireplace with a glass of beer or wine. Simply beautiful. Unfortunately, the chicken farm was closed during our time. We would have liked to try it out. Water almost at the door. Communication with the landlord was also uncomplicated. So, always gladly again.

Pure relaxation
We were there with children and grandchildren, and we all enjoyed it. The house is equipped with everything you need and more, with attention to detail. We also found it very nice that we were allowed to use the bicycles. We are happy to recommend it.

Great vacation
We enjoyed our stay in every respect! Great house with excellent amenities in an idyllic location. Of course, the short walk to the lake and the canoe provided were fantastic. The communication with the landlords was extremely friendly and accommodating. We would love to come back.

Great week at Pälitzsee
We had a very nice week at the house by Pälitzsee with wonderful sunrises! The house is large and overall well-equipped, also very clean and cozy. The communication with the hosts was very good and easy. What could be improved is: more workspace for meal preparation, it's too cramped; the slopes in the 2 bedrooms are a challenge (maybe the beds could be arranged differently); one might not want Alexa on vacation (we had agreed on that); and just the daily transfer from the Canadian to the seaside location was complicated and at times exhausting (there should be the possibility to leave the boat at a dock for the week). At the lake, apart from the main dock, you cannot and are not allowed to dock anywhere, not even for swimming (private property, no trespassing everywhere)!
Otherwise, everything was great, thank you very much!

For us, the holiday already begins when we leave Berlin behind and the first lakes glisten between the trees. Exploring the area by paddling, hiking and cycling is pure holiday There is something for every explorer here. Nature lovers will find a paradise in the surrounding area, in Rheinsberg you can enjoy culture, there are also great restaurants and bars, and technology fans can visit the aviation museum in Rechlin the aviation museum in Rechlin.
