Our house has a wonderful view of the sea and the beach is only about 2 km away. Furthermore, the possibility of hiking, horseback riding and ür larger purchases, and shopping offers are offers to the 8 km to Split outstanding. Our stone house is located in Podstrana, 8 km south of Split, the second largest city in Croatia and the largest and most important city in Dalmatia. Sand and pebble beaches await you in Podstrana. nur für absolute Individualisten
Das Haus liegt ca.400 Höhenmeter über dem Meer.Aussicht 5 Sterne. Die Anfahrt von der Küstenstrasse ist sehr mühsam ca.3,8 km nicht wie im Angebot
beschrieben 2 km.Es handelt sich um eine Strasse in teilweise schlechtem Zustand mit Kehren und Serpentienen wie in den Alpen. Da sich im Ort keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet ( anders wie im Angebot beschrieben ) muß man für jede Kleinigkeit den sehr beschwerlichen Weg mit PKW in Kauf nehmen.Es erfordert eine exakte Planung für Einkaufen,Essen,Baden,Ausflüge, damit man die Auffahrt höchstens 1 x pro Tag bewältigen muß.Im Ort selbst gibt es eine relativ teure Konoba,die auch nicht immer geöffnet hat.(nur auf Vorbestellung und max.eine Speise zur Auswahl!!) Nach Split zu den Supermärkten sind es ca.15 km, für die man aber in der Saison je nach Tageszeit zwischen 40-90 Minuten benötigt!Strände sind sehr rar, felsig und klein. Das Haus selbst ist ansprechend mit dem nötigsten eingerichtet.(max.Belegung 4 Personen,mehr wird fast unmöglich)die Aussicht ist vom oberen Balkon ist umwerfend.Störend eine Bauruine, die die Sicht auf halber Höhe verdeckt( ca.1 Meter Abstand vom Haus)Während unseres Aufenthaltes wurden wir extrem von Baulärm einer ca. 30 Meter entfernten Baustelle gestört. Gepäck muß ca.50 Meter steil bergan zum Haus getragen werden.
Der sogenannte Ort ist großteils ein Trümmerfeld aus alten Steinhäusern, die beim Erdbeben 1964 zerstört wurden und nur vereinzelt wieder bewohnbar gemacht wurden. Aber sonst war alles OK!
