During the booking, things went wrong after I changed the accommodation type again within the deadline. We had upgraded from a smaller to a larger house, but then had discussions with belvilla about whether we would get the money for the first booking credited. The emails and information on the websites were confusing; we received information regarding both the old and the new booking. After some contact with bevilla, we received a refund for the first booking and received confirmation for the upgrade. However, the correct information was missing in the Landal app for a long time, and we had to write several emails before we saw the correct house. Everything was quite chaotic and opaque. However, when we arrived at the holiday park, the booking was correct and everything seemed to be resolved. We also paid for the final cleaning in the park, although we wondered if the guests who do not pay extra for cleaning really clean well. It would be better and fairer if everyone had to pay for the intrusion. We brought our own towels and bedding. In the house, it was very cold at first, and the heating did not get really hot, especially on the upper floors. We slept in long clothes. In the toilets, it was the coldest; there is no heating here and only cold water at the sink. From the 4th day, it was bearable and the house was overall adequately heated. The water pressure in the shower was terrible; it was hardly possible to wash my hair. Also, in the kitchen, the water only dripped from the tap. Aside from that, nice ambiance, modern furniture, plenty of space, very friendly staff. In the kitchen, we missed a toaster. A note to other guests: you have to pull very hard on the door of the combination oven for it to open. The steps throughout the house are also very narrow. We also used the eBikes - they were not very reliable anymore and often lost contact with the battery. At some point, we knew that you have to regularly take the battery out and put it back in, and we completely replaced one bike. We missed an indoor area for activities like table tennis or similar, because we know similar offerings from other Landal parks. We found the food in the restaurant good, and the staff here was great as well.

Very friendly staff at the reception, facility with security service, great location by the harbor, small sandy beach, playgrounds, the facility seems to be renovated in some areas, our room layout was great, sauna but no water allowed on the heating, decent house, bathrooms top-notch, mattresses clean and good, kitchen well-equipped, three accesses on the ground floor to the terraces, each room on the 1st floor has access to the balcony, unfortunately, this was blocked in two rooms due to. Repair, in the attic also a large balcony with a great view, parking space at the house for two cars and an E-charging station via QR code, bread roll service at the kiosk for pickup, small kiosk for all necessities, we did not use the restaurant. A small drawback, the seating arrangements in the living room are unfortunately very worn on the backs, possibly due to the wrong cleaning agent, also on the round handles. Two WCs and two bathrooms with shower were optimal for us. Highly recommended.

Beautiful view over the water! Especially in the morning and evening at sunrise and sunset, it's a pleasure to sit on the veranda. Nice, large house with a fenced garden. Super nice if you have small children, and the house is definitely kid-proof! However, the hygiene left much to be desired. The windows were dirty, there were hairs on the stairs, the dishwasher was still running from the people before us, and those couches... I really don't want to know where all those stains came from... We did not report that at the reception because we only stayed for 3 nights and did not want any 'hassle' and just wanted to enjoy our weekend. All in all, beautiful accommodation with more than enough space and many nice things nearby.
