Location and surroundings of object
Triopetra is a small region and above a still untreated coastline, after 3 exposed rock (Triopetra) is named, that share the beach in east and west sides. The beautiful, long beaches and hidden coves that name it extend both east and west of the rock formation.
The region lives of many hideouts, widespread around cottages that lie partly also slightly higher and thus further away from the beach. But here you have the advantage of the sometimes violent sea sultry evening mild, but to enjoy clean air and usually make air conditioning unnecessary. So also the Villa Icarus. beautiful view
The view from the accommodation is breathtaking. In the evening it is possible to watch the stars. Otherwise, the accommodation is very well equipped. It gets a bit cramped for 4 or more people, but there is another bed in the living room, so you can easily rent the accommodation for 5 people. For 7 people, however, the accommodation is very limited (due to a sofa bed in the living room). The only place where you can have some problems is the driveway, which is very steep, so you should rent a stronger car. Our Citroen C3 has reached its limits. The landlord is also very friendly and takes care of the garden every other day.

Hallo Henrik, vielen Dank für die positive Bewertung insgesamt. Allerdings denke ich, dass ein Haus mit knappen 100qm Wohnfläche (2 Schlafzimmer, Du/WC und ca.50qm Wohnraum) kaum zu eng werden kann für 4 Personen. 5-7 Personen waren noch nie zu Gast, aber dies ist auch eine individuelle Sache der Gäste sowie eine Preis/Leistungsfrage. Zur Auffahrt sei noch erwähnt, dass bisher alle Mietautos, auch Kleinwagen, es mühelos geschafft haben mit 3 Personen und viel Gepäck zügig zur Villa hochzufahren - allerdings sollte man bei Autos mit wenig Hubraum die Klimaanlage ausschalten - die zieht nämlich einige PS.

Fantastic accommodation
The location is unique. We have been travelling to the south of Europe for 20 years, always in October. For us, this was the most fantastic holiday home ever. The view from the balcony, or from the room, is fantastic. The furnishings, upscale Central European level, even with a fireplace, the huge refrigerator with automatic ice maker deserves special mention. An extremely friendly host who pops in from time to time and has a raki in his luggage. The herb garden, which you can harvest yourself, is also worth mentioning; it tasted delicious. The insect protection around the house is also worth mentioning. We were mosquito-free! We had a wonderful time, and for all those who are interested: Bad luck in October 2019, we will fly there again.

Wonderful time in Triopetra
We had a wonderful and relaxing time in Triopetra and Villa Ikarus. We were warmly welcomed! The house is located in the middle of nature, very quiet, very clean, very well and comfortably equipped, everything has been thought of. There are some good taverns nearby to discover. So all in all, highly recommended.

Restful vacation
We were warmly welcomed and felt completely comfortable in the beautifully equipped house with a magnificent view and absolute tranquility. We were able to harvest peppers and figs! The landlord gave us tips and took care of us lovingly! We would love to come back!

Great location, very nice house
Super nice house, great equipment, lovingly furnished and everything you need
The view from the terrace is fantastic of the sea and the Paxmadi islands.
The house is air-conditioned and has fly screens on every window.
It is about 10 minutes by car to Triopetra, which is absolutely necessary here.
The beach on the right is very beautiful, there are 2 tavernas which provide sunshades and sunbeds free of charge. In the first one, when you turn left onto the beach, you can sit very nicely under trees and enjoy the good food with sea view.
In the evening it is totally quiet and the starry sky is very close. Dreamlike.
The only disadvantage is that there is no supermarket nearby, you have to drive about 20 minutes to Spili or Agia Galini. For small things there is a mini market about 5 minutes away.
The Filenia taverna is within walking distance.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The owner spoiled us with vegetables from the garden, raki and olives.
