It is located on a canal from the river in Fort Myers Shores and has its own jetty.
The property is approx. large and landscaped with tropical trees as well as palms, aloes & various other native plants.
Numerous excursion and shopping possibilities, as well as bars and restaurants are available. Activities in the vicinity include diving, jet skiing, swimming, sailing, surfing, water skiing, canoeing, fishing, pier fishing, deep sea fishing, tennis, mini golf, hiking, horseback riding and beautiful, unbeatable golf courses (from ~60€/day).
Nearby cities such as Bonita Springs and Naples invite you to take a relaxed stroll. Shopping centres such as Miromar Outlet, Coconut Point, Edison Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center ..., offer many shopping opportunities.

Florida vacation 2017
Very nice and clean holiday home. Everything is there to make the holiday pleasant and comfortable. The process is uncomplicated. You can arrive and immediately feel comfortable there.

Accommodation and immediate surroundings: Great house, nothing is missing. Very tastefully and lovingly furnished. Quiet location in an attractive residential area with nice neighbors. Just right for a relaxing holiday.

Villa with all-round carefree package
Very nice contact (in Germany). Handling, information, help, etc. Top. Anytime again. The onsite support (from Munich) was a great help. Always reachable by phone (free!). There was nothing to complain about. A really beautiful house. Greetings from the north of the Republic.

Great way to end our Florida vacation
Very well-maintained house, stylish and tidy - very nice kitchen! The pool was pleasantly heated, we had another 2 lovely weeks in South Florida.

Everything is great!
This vacation home can only be recommended. Super nice and warm welcome. Everything is in top condition and simply invites you to feel good. We will definitely come back to experience another unforgettable vacation.

Betreuung vor Ort: super + (Nochmals danke an Rose!!!)
Unterkunft und direkte Umgebung: Tolles Haus, es fehlt an Nichts. Sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtet. Ruhige Lage in ansprechender Wohngegend mit netter Nachbarschaft. Für entspannten Urlaub genau richtig.

Der Pool war angenehm geheizt,wir hatten noch 2 schöne Wochen in Süd-Florida.
Alles ist in einem top Zustand und verführt einen einfach nur zum wohl fühlen. Wir werden mit großer Sicherheit zurück kommen um einen weiteren unvergesslichen Urlaub zu erleben.
Ein herzlicher Empfang mit einem frischen Obstkorb, sauberes Haus mit einer tollen Küche sehr schönen Bädern und einer gepflegten Außenanlage.
Wir hatten 2 tolle Wochen und haben In Fort Myers und Umgebung viel gesehen.
Am Ende eine jeden Tages waren wir froh wieder im Haus zu sein zu dürfen um den Tag in ungestörter Ruhe ausklingen zu lassen.
Zur Unterkunft:
Die Lage und das Haus fanden wir total schön und der Pool ist wirklich riesig :) Alles Tip Top!!!
Wir waren leider "nur" zwei Wochen in Florida, sind aber trotzdem ordentlich rum gekommen. In den 4000 Kilometern die wir zurückgelegt haben, konnten wir unter anderem Orlando und Miami bestaunen (ein Muss!!) Aber auch die nahen Ziele wie Fort Myers Beach, die Insel Sanibel und Captiva Island oder die Orte Naples, Tampa, Bonita Springs usw. waren einfach super! Ein weiters MUSS: "Air-Boat Tour in den Everglades"!!! DER HAMMER!!! Die Speedboat-Tour in Naples und der Freizeitpark Bush Gardens in Tampa waren jedoch auch jeden Cent wert! Für Shopping süchtige gibt es Mode-Outlets noch und nöcher (waren selber auch in mindestens 5)!!
Negativ fanden wir eigentlich nur, dass wir durch das übermäßig ungesunde Essen etwas zugelegt haben :) aber auch dass musste einfach sein!!! :)
Fazit:
Wir sind begeistert / wollten garnicht wieder Heim!!!
Das war nicht der letzte Florida Urlaub!!

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet.
Es wurde uns kostenlos ein Navigationssystem zu Verfügung gestellt, was sehr praktisch war.
Wir werden es weiterempfehlen und , wenn es sich ergibt, auch gerne wieder kommen.
