This detached, refurbished villa is located in Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard, only 1 km. from the lovely, sandy beach of the North Sea coast.
The villa has two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a living room and an open kitchen with appliances such as a combination microwave and a dishwasher. There is also a double bedroom with TV, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet in the hall. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, two of which sleep up to 3 persons and one for 2 persons. There is also a second bathroom with a bath or shower and a wonderful traditional sauna. Perfect for complete relaxation. On the hallway, you have a separate toilet at your disposal. All the beds are 1-person box-spring beds, either pushed together to make a double bed, or used separately in a twin-room setup. A storage room completes the whole.
Outside there is a spacious garden with terrace and garden furniture. The villa has parking space for at least two cars.

North Sea Résidence De Banjaard is the perfect home base to explore Zealand. With its unique location between the North Sea, the Oosterschelde and the Veerse Meer this holiday park is a privileged place. De Banjaard also has one of the cleanest and prettiest beaches in the Netherlands. A day trip to the sub-tropical water paradise in Kamperland, Neeltje Jans or a visit to Middelburg are fun excursions you can make from the holiday park. The facilities are housed in a plaza building in 'beach style' which is the core of the park. The Banjaard has villas and houses and there is suitable accommodation for everyone.

Groups, if not travelling as a family, will be charged 50 p.p. deposit.
In the low season from 09.11.2020 to 20.12.2020 / 04.01.2021 to 14.02.2021 / 01.03.2020 to 28.03.2021, the facilities are limited during midweeks.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that in the period between 6 January 2020 to 14 February 2020, 2 March 2020 to 3 April 2020, 9 November 2020 to 18 December 2020 and 4 January 2021 to 8 January 2021 during the midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
We would like to point out that in the period between January 3, 2022 to February 18, 2022, March 7, 2022 to April 1, 2022, November 7, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and January 2, 2023 to January 9, 2023 during midweek, the Koos Kids Club is closed and there will be no recreation program.
Due to maintenance work, the Roompot Beach Resort pool will be closed from Monday 29 November to Monday 6 December. You are welcome to go swimming in the pool at Hof Domburg. This is about 20 minutes away by car.

We have a great stay. When we arrived we wanted to move into our 10 person house. There was a lot of dirty dishes on the table and the dishwasher was broken. We have complained about this condition. After all, we didn't want to take over the dirty dishes from the previous guests and didn't want to wash them either. We were then offered a new house for 16 people without a price adjustment. So now we live in a higher quality house without a price increase. This is of course very good and we really like it. We have enough rooms that are clean, have a sauna, dishwasher, washing machine and much more. Only to recommend.

As a family, we have often been to this park and type of house on holiday. Park is neat and quiet. Spaciously set up. The young staff are helpful and friendly. The kids club continued with enthusiasm for 3 children! Cheers! The pool was open and clean. Water was quite cold. Certainly not very pleasant for a toddler. This time the house was delivered less clean than I am used to from the park. More "with the French blow". The oven is broken and the connecting door to the living room / hall does not lock (difficult with a toddler who always wants to go to the stairs). Handyman service has been several times. Friendly and helpful, but not able to solve problems during the weekend. The house is very spacious including sauna. All in all satisfied with minor points of attention.

Good morning, Are enthusiastic about the house at first sight. It offers plenty of space and is in a quiet location. At second glance, the opinion then changes. -The cleaning leaves a lot to be desired.-The painter and varnisher forgot to remove a few strips of tape.-Old tape from before/before to darken certain rooms are still hanging on the panes above the doors. -Mold in the shower, and it hadn't been cleaned properly for ages. -The bathrooms are very old but that would be ok if they were really clean. -The stairs to the 1st floor are quite steep. But this is well known in the Netherlands. Otherwise we had a great holiday here. A lot on the bike. In addition, the beach is also a must here.Greetings

Nice house, even with a large group. Everything was clean, tidy and there was sufficient furniture. Friendly staff at reception and shop. We would love to go back again!

Spacious house with 2 bathrooms and sauna. Child-friendly (stair gate, security socket, fully fenced garden) Delivered clean. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer available. There should be a little more pans for 10 people. Now we are also extensive tubes. Good value for money.
