Description

Open kitchen(cooker(electric), coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), Living/bed room(double folding bed, TV, Blu-ray player, high chair, chromecast), bedroom(2x double bed, children's bed), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(double bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine(shared with other guests)), heating(electric), terrace, BBQ, football goal, air to air heatpump

Cottage within walking distance to Marielyst square, shopping and water. The cottage is furnished with an open kitchen with i.a. ceramic hobs, microwave and dishwasher. The living room is nicely furnished and with Chromecast and TV (bring your own streaming services), air / air heat pump, wood stove and free, wireless internet. Two double bedrooms and one room with a double bed and a 3/4 bed. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. Cot for the little ones. Washing machine in shed. In the garden there are football goals and a barbecue for the lovely evenings. Garden furniture and prams. Free access to the Falster and Nordfalster swimming centers. Not for rent to youth groups.

  • Until 60 days prior to commencement of the rental period: 0 percent of the total rental price.

  • From day 34 and up to and including the date of arrival or later and in case of failure to show up when the rental period commences: 100 percent of the total rental price + administration fee.
  • Prepaid extra services, e.g. bed linen, final cleaning and baby chair etc., will be 100% refunded if the tenant cancels the rental agreement.

The oven and the large property with trees were very beautiful, Lots of privacy. The idea of using the conservatory as a corridor was cold at this time of year, but it had its charm and will surely be wonderful in the summer.
