Description
Welcome to our summer house in the middle of the village of Egmond aan Zee. This is the place to be if you like walking, cycling, beach, dunes, sociability and terraces. The beach is less than 100 metres away, the village street and restaurants are 30-50 metres away, it doesn't get more central than this!
The summer house has its own entrance and consists of two floors where the upper floor is the living floor. There is a gas stove, microwave, fridge freezer, Nespresso machine and a smart television (over 13,000 channels). On the first floor there is a shower and toilet and a small front garden with bench where you can enjoy the sun. The cottage is suitable for two people

Arrival and departure is by means of a key cabinet
Reception and departure times
In high season arrival and departure is always on Saturday. We welcome you after 14:00 and wave you off before 10:00 on your departure. In the early & late season this can be adjusted in consultation.

- We find it important that guests enjoy their stay in peace.
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed
Prices
With the exception of school vacations and public holidays, the following prices apply:
- Low season (January to April &; November to December) | from € 80 per night | Minimum 2 nights.
- Low season (May t / m June & September t / m October) from € 110 per night
- High season (July / August) | from € 950 p.w. | Minimally one week.
Bed linen and towels are included.
Additional costs
- Tourist tax: € 1,90 p.p.p.n.
- Final cleaning: € 40.

Location and surroundings of object
The cottage has its own entrance. This entrance is located on Gravenstraat, to the left of number 3. It does not have its own number. The entrance lies in an alley and is free of driving traffic. Next to the entrance there is a bench where you can sit in the sun in front of the door of the cottage.

Welcome to our guesthouse At Sea. We are Billy and Rosanne and both born and raised in Egmond aan Zee. We are a young couple who, since 2021, have become the owners of this summer house and the accompanying house on the Noorderstraat. We love to travel and plan a nice trip abroad every year. Of course we have our experiences with rooms and apartments. In our opinion the house contains all the necessities to make your visit as pleasant as possible. If you have tips for us to improve the summerhouse then these are always welcome, especially since we are beginners in terms of renting! ?
