Beautiful, quiet apartment (50 sqm) for 2 people in an exclusive location with excellent amenities, directly on the lake (access to public swimming area 30 m) in the Inn Valley, northern Chiemgau near Wasserburg am Inn (5 km). Lake view, terrace, barbecue area with Cobb grill, 2 sun loungers, garden. Fast Wi-Fi, large TV, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, fully automatic coffee machine and good equipment. All windows with electric... Blinds and insect screens, controlled residential ventilation with pollen filter, underfloor heating, box spring bed. The bathroom has a large shower with toilet and washing machine (pods incl.). Keyless access via pin code. Free bicycle room and parking space in the carport with wallbox for bike and car directly at the entrance. The location is excellent for swimming, cycling, golfing, and hiking holidays (Samerberg 39km), train station and bakery 800m, restaurant and supermarkets from 1.7 km. (Bike path)
You can take castle tours or boat trips on Lake Chiemsee, visit the farmhouse or automobile museum in nearby Amerang, go camel riding with the Bavaria camels in Valley, or tour the historic towns on the Inn: Wasserburg am Inn, Rosenheim, Mühldorf, or Burghausen. A trip to Munich, for example for concerts, is also recommended. Due to the proximity to Munich, we also offer an exclusive accommodation option in the MVV area for business people and Oktoberfest visitors (800m to the train station).
For a wellness day, we recommend the spas Bad Aibling, Erding, Bad Endorf, and especially the Badria in Wasserburg am Inn (5km).

Friday from 12h to 17h and occasionally Saturday, depending on the weather the garden is maintained and you have to expect small restrictions. Sunday is not possible. We are happy to advise you on planning excursions, bike tours and also provide you with our stand-up paddle, free of charge, for a sporty round on the lake.
