Dear guests, we hereby welcome you to our place on the island of Vir in Croatia - Dalmatia.
We offer you our apartment for 2-6 people directly on the bathing beach. The apartment has a wonderful view of the beach and the sea. The apartment features a living room with kitchen, bedroom, shower/WC with solar hot water, and a large covered sun terrace with seating. All guests enjoy the pool and a parking space by arrangement. Pets are possible after consultation with the German landlord. The holiday apartment has WLAN internet access (optional) and satellite TV. The holiday apartment is located directly at a distance of 50m from a slipway for boats. Numerous leisure activities for an active and pleasant leisure experience are offered directly by the owner. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet and hot water.
Your own boat or SUP can be brought along after consultation. In addition, you will find a wide range of leisure activities on site.

The distance to the city of Zadar is 25 km, and the coastline around Vir measures 31.43 km. The shores of the island are rich in enchanting little bays and numerous beaches, mostly still untouched, pleasant for swimming, sunbathing, or even anchoring with a boat. The densely forested islet of Skoljic, with its long sandy beach in close proximity to the bridge connecting the island of Vir to the mainland, is a unique feature. The tourist offerings on Vir are exclusively privately owned. Family pensions such as the rental of private rooms, apartments, and complete holiday homes, with secure boat moorings, are available. Vir is not a place of large hotels and mass tourism.
