The chalet was comfortable and clean. We appreciated the generous space and the well-maintained garden. The decor had a charming appearance and the host was very hospitable. It was nice to have a private entrance and parking directly at the unit. All in all, a pleasant stay with everything we needed for a short getaway.

The house itself was very nice because it was very well located. The cleanliness in the house leaves a lot to be desired, which is really a shame and not at all. Mold in the bathroom, uncleaned toilet, curtains could use a wash, cobwebs on the window or on the corner, garbage on the terrace in a flower pot, weeds on the terrace. After a complaint, at least the mold in the shower was immediately removed. The couches have had better days... completely worn out and musty smell. There was probably construction going on on the terrace, but they forgot to fasten the board and put away the screws... something like that shouldn't happen. The friendliness is also really bad there we had the feeling... the main thing was to be dealt with quickly or we were apparently not understood. Check-in was only a 3...More information directly upon arrival would have been nice and more customer-friendly. There are no seating options for the parents on the playground. So you hardly use it on hot days. No changing rooms at the outdoor pool and the toilets are not clean. Petting zoo? You can't pet the animals without being able to pet them... Strange concept. The friendliness in the restaurant is also okay... First you're looked at strangely and then you're served. All in all a nice park, but it lacks cleanliness and small details and friendliness. And for that it was very expensive and simply shouldn't be. In the area there are really great possibilities for excursions as it is very centrally located.

The cottage that we have booked is above all expectations. Fairly new houses in a neat park. Neatly landscaped with small ditches along the houses and a spacious garden with a lawn. Ideal for bbq, sunbathing area and construction for a small boat. In a word: Super!!!

The cottage is very spacious and nicely decorated, but if you are over the first impressions, you see that there is quite a bit of replacement and it just does not give the luxurious experience that it radiates in the first instance: the the hems come out, there are holes in them and the (coffee?) stains are high against it. The bathroom is nice and spacious and shower pleasant, but a shower drain is missing. The bar is in a drawer, there is a nice large sliding closet, but the door hangs crookedly in it and it is not possible to hang clothes, because a carpet has been pushed into the closet. The beds sleep well, but in the covers around the beds there is a lot of small hairs (pets?), just like in the headboard, which does not give the feeling of sleeping clean.The garden is lovely, close to the water, nothing has been done about the garden, it is full of weeds. The kitchen is a wonderfully large space. All in all, it makes me rate the house on a 7, where it radiates a 9 in the first instance.

The arrival was well arranged, after paying the outstanding costs I quickly got the key and we could go to the accommodation. Unfortunately the accommodation was not properly cleaned (beaten mosquito on the wallpaper, dirt in the bathroom, stains in the curtains, cobwebs on the windows), but after this was reported, the reception immediately sent a cleaner who did her best clean as possible. Although she would come back later to wash the curtains, we didn't see her for the rest of our vacation week. Unfortunately! The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher does not work) and the house has three bedrooms and a large living room. Two of the three bedrooms (one with two single beds, one with bunk beds) are a bit on the small side and give an oppressive feeling, but it is simply a chalet and not a holiday villa.

In 1 there is nothing at all, in the other only a net curtain. It would be passed to the TD and resolved. Unfortunately, this has not yet been resolved. We could not directly in the cottage because the cleaning was not ready I.v.m. the heat of that day. We received a voucher for a free drink that we could spend in the restaurant of the park, well arranged! What we noticed and what we experienced as annoying are the many obstacles and barriers on the roads of the park. We understand that this prevents driving too fast, but it seemed very inhospitable to us. Many bins are made of stone and therefore very harmful to cars. This could perhaps be resolved with rolling barriers in the way. The cottage is in a beautiful location on the water. Totally free, nice view and quiet neighbors. We were pleasantly surprised about the place and the house itself. Nice decor, well cared for and clean. Downside is the parking at the cottage. There is no private place, regularly had to ask the neighbors to move their car.

As arrival time we were called 1500 to 1800. We arrived around 1600 and had to wait about 1 hour. As we wanted to refer to the house, it was z.T. Very dirty (for example refrigerator with food remnants, dead insects in all rooms, windows dirty, dust on the lamps, mirror cabinet and radiators in the bathroom dirty, mold in the shower, house outside inclusive garden furniture totally dirty). After our complaint came two people, which had still cleaned the necessary and then disappeared with the explanation no time to have. We could not directly in the cottage because the cleaning was not ready I.v.m. the heat of that day. We received a voucher for a free drink that we could spend in the restaurant of the park, well arranged! What we noticed and what we experienced as annoying are the many obstacles and barriers on the roads of the park. We understand that this prevents driving too fast, but it seemed very inhospitable to us. Many bins are made of stone and therefore very harmful to cars. This could perhaps be resolved with rolling barriers in the way. The cottage is in a beautiful location on the water. Totally free, nice view and quiet neighbors. We were pleasantly surprised about the place and the house itself. Nice decor, well cared for and clean. Downside is the parking at the cottage. There is no private place, regularly had to ask the neighbors to move their car.

Our house (507) more strongly on the beautiful sample images because it was not the water, but was surrounded by other houses and a small lawn with terrace had no roof on the doorstep. The house itself was very nice because it was very well located. The cleanliness in the house leaves a lot to be desired, which is really a shame and not at all. Mold in the bathroom, uncleaned toilet, curtains could use a wash, cobwebs on the window or on the corner, garbage on the terrace in a flower pot, weeds on the terrace. After a complaint, at least the mold in the shower was immediately removed. The couches have had better days... completely worn out and musty smell. There was probably construction going on on the terrace, but they forgot to fasten the board and put away the screws... something like that shouldn't happen. The friendliness is also really bad there we had the feeling... the main thing was to be dealt with quickly or we were apparently not understood. Check-in was only a 3...More information directly upon arrival would have been nice and more customer-friendly. There are no seating options for the parents on the playground. So you hardly use it on hot days. No changing rooms at the outdoor pool and the toilets are not clean. Petting zoo? You can't pet the animals without being able to pet them... Strange concept. The friendliness in the restaurant is also okay... First you're looked at strangely and then you're served. All in all a nice park, but it lacks cleanliness and small details and friendliness. The cottage that we have booked is above all expectations. Fairly new houses in a neat park. Neatly landscaped with small ditches along the houses and a spacious garden with a lawn. Ideal for bbq, sunbathing area and construction for a small boat. In a word: Super!!!

The cottage is very spacious and nicely decorated, but if you are over the first impressions, you see that there is quite a bit of replacement and it just does not give the luxurious experience that it radiates in the first instance: the the hems come out, there are holes in them and the (coffee?) stains are high against it. The bar is in a drawer, there is a nice large sliding closet, but the door hangs crookedly in it and it is not possible to hang clothes, because a carpet has been pushed into the closet. Our house (507) more strongly on the beautiful sample images because it was not the water, but was surrounded by other houses and a small lawn with terrace had no roof on the doorstep. To reach the channels in it were the public area, you had to make a long way between the many houses round, where it again was no seating to enjoy the view. We've had the confirmation get a property information with the beautiful house on the canal and a general description. The truth was in stark contrast. In the reception we were told, on your side of the park you would get a fee € 20.00 a guarantee of a house on the canal. Unfortunately, there is this site only in Dutch.

We thoroughly enjoyed it very clean and modern furnished house. The park was very clean nice staff. not far from the North Sea and major cities like Amsterdam and alkmaar.ich would recommend it and go down again

We stayed at Belvilla and went walking the four-day Alkmaar. We went to eat at the restaurant. Great care and very good food. Stunning property and therefore definitely come back.

Lovely weekend away in a beautiful setting. Weekend too short for all the sights in the area. Nice park, quiet, small pool but ideal for swimming with small kids. Enjoyed!

Delicious enjoyed staying in a well furnished house. The park noticed a bit disappointing but that does not mean that it is centrally located and offers all possibilities for exploration of North Holland.

Had good holiday, several trips done in the area such as Amsterdam, Alkmaar etc. all kortbij.Enkel parking in Amsterdam is out expensive (€ 6 per hour !!!) Doggie were not allowed in the restaurant of the park ☹️

Noise from 7 am 30 am construction vehicles at the point of claiming another place" bungalow accommodation that originally booked. After moving to a more comfortable, noise from construction sites, car traffic and the "maintenance of the park brought us to desert our location completely. The house itself was very nice because it was very well located. The cleanliness in the house leaves a lot to be desired, which is really a shame and not at all. Mold in the bathroom, uncleaned toilet, curtains could use a wash, cobwebs on the window or on the corner, garbage on the terrace in a flower pot, weeds on the terrace. After a complaint, at least the mold in the shower was immediately removed. The couches have had better days... completely worn out and musty smell. There was probably construction going on on the terrace, but they forgot to fasten the board and put away the screws... something like that shouldn't happen. The friendliness is also really bad there we had the feeling... the main thing was to be dealt with quickly or we were apparently not understood. Check-in was only a 3...More information directly upon arrival would have been nice and more customer-friendly. There are no seating options for the parents on the playground. So you hardly use it on hot days. No changing rooms at the outdoor pool and the toilets are not clean. Petting zoo? You can't pet the animals without being able to pet them... Strange concept. The friendliness in the restaurant is also okay... First you're looked at strangely and then you're served. All in all a nice park, but it lacks cleanliness and small details and friendliness. And for that it was very expensive and simply shouldn't be. In the area there are really great possibilities for excursions as it is very centrally located.
