Holiday in your own home - Alp11
Traditional wooden construction meets modern ambience. Our holiday home Alp11 (built in 2021) is a traditionally built carpenter's wooden house made of pure natural materials and excellent energy efficiency. Tucked away in the centre of Garmisch and surrounded by lots of "green" you are right in the middle of it and yet next to it. For our guests, this means: 5 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 5 minutes to the Zugspitzbahn and no more than 5 minutes to the Olympia ice sports centre or Alpspitz wave pool. All of this on foot, of course. By the way, our holiday home is heated with geothermal energy. This ensures a pleasant living climate with "zero" emissions. For further questions and suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Parking spaces are available free of charge for our guests directly at the holiday home. Bicycles, skis and other sports equipment can be stored in our hut next to the holiday home. E-bikes can also be charged there.

Chalet Alp11 is centrally located in Garmisch in a jetty street. We offer a wonderful panoramic view directly to the Alpspitze and the local mountain. The sunny wooden terrace offers enough space for those who like to enjoy the beautiful landscape outside. Our guest parking spaces are directly at the house and are of course free of charge. Guests arriving by train need 5min to walk to our chalet. Cosy cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities are no more than 10 minutes away.

If cancellations are made less than 7 days before check-in, you will not receive any refund.

Perfect chalet
A very nice modern and tastefully furnished chalet. We felt very comfortable. Perfectly quiet location - you can be in the centre in a few minutes on foot and quickly on the local mountain. Sympathetic, helpful landlords. Everything is perfect - we can only recommend it!
