Hochkrimmel: Snow guaranteed. Holiday home with large south-facing balcony, view of the surrounding mountains and the nearby piste. The holiday home is fully equipped with built-in furniture and is very cosy. There is also a wood-burning stove with a visible fire
The lift is about 5 minutes walk away. Downhill skiing is possible directly to the house. The area is part of the Zillertalarena, which consists of 3 large ski areas. Behind the house very nice cross-country skiing trail.
Shopping possibilities: In the morning at the baker's cart with excellent baked goods.

Good and inexpensive restaurants very close by, accessible on foot and by car. The area is snow-sure with exceptionally well prepared slopes. Slopes for beginners and experts. Sports shop (ski rental and purchase) and ski school are nearby. Car parking is directly at the house
In summer it is an ideal area for hiking, mushroom hunting and cycling or just relaxing.
