Description
Our holiday apartment for 4 persons is located on the Duxeralm in a country house (4 apartments) with separate entrance. The alpine style furnishing is very comfortable and cosy. The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed or a bunk bed. The car parking space is directly at the house.
The house is located at 1700 m on the Plattenkogel directly in a snow-assured ski area (approx. 50 m to the next chair lift) and is part of the ski area "Zillertal-Arena". A ski school is located upstairs on site. Cross-country skiers will find the entrance to the varied high moorland cross-country trail in the immediate vicinity of our house. At Filzstein (5 min. away) an illuminated toboggan run invites young and old to sports and fun in the evening.

Location and surroundings of object
Krimml lies in the Hohe Tauern National Park and is famous for the highest waterfalls in Europe. In summer there are numerous hiking and sports possibilities. Here you can experience peace and quiet on an alpine pasture with a view of the three thousand metre peaks of the Tauern massif. The nearby Durlassboden reservoir invites you to swim, sail, surf and fish. Lovers of cycling tours will find Krimml to be the starting point for the famous Tauern Cycle Path. There are also numerous signposted mountain bike tours.

Shopping: Two sports equipment shops with ski rental are located upstairs on site. Bread, pastries and groceries are delivered by the baker in the morning. Further shopping facilities are located in Königsleiten, Gerlos or Krimml. Three restaurants and a self-service inn are nearby.
Golf courses are located in Mittersill (approx. 30 min.), Zell am See (approx. 60 min.), Kitzbühl (approx. 60 min.).
