Our cosy holiday home in country house style is located directly on the dyke in Neßmersiel.
From the south terrace you have an unobstructed view of the vast East Frisian landscape. Here you can immediately forget the stress of everyday life and enjoy nature.
The house offers 3 separate bedrooms, a large living room with wood-burning stove and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, 2 others upstairs. The shower room is also downstairs, and there is a guest WC upstairs.
Now also with DSL internet via WLAN free of charge.

Neßmersiel is the peaceful, small coastal resort for rest seekers, nature lovers, families and seniors suitable. From here, most of the mudflats go into the Wadden Sea. Trips to the island by ferry Nessmersiel Baltrum are possible. Wellness enthusiasts can Neßmersiel a wide range.

Super Haus
It is a great house, it lacks nothing. We spent 14 days there, everything SUPER. I can only recommend.

Dreamy short break
At the end of November, spending a few days at the North Sea for vacation might seem daring to some, but it is no problem at all at the holiday home "Deichkönig" (even though there was a storm warning on the first day of vacation).
The location and facilities absolutely match the information in the online listing. On the contrary, in reality, it is even more cozy and inviting than the online pictures suggest.
Thanks to underfloor and conventional heating, plus a fireplace, nobody needs to freeze even in the cold season. Additionally, the well-maintained, personal, and loving furnishings contribute to making one feel "warm at heart."
Even though we were here without children this time, we can easily imagine going on vacation with our 2 children here. And even grandma and grandpa could join, as one of the bedrooms and the shower room are on the ground floor.
So, there is plenty of space. The kitchen facilities also allow cooking for several people - if one wishes to. Otherwise, there are enough dining options in the vicinity with different offerings.
The media equipment in the house is also worth praising. There are books for all ages, a stereo system, two TVs, a DVD player, and an internet connection.
We would like to express special thanks to the managing family, who would have helped us with any problems. However, we did not need to take advantage of this offer, as there are understandable instructions for almost everything in the house.
All in all, a very nice and relaxing vacation that we would gladly repeat. We will also recommend this holiday home to our friends with the utmost confidence.
